I was waiting 2 hours for an oil change. He stated that he called me, but I didn’t receive a call. At the beginning I said I would be in the waiting area, he should’ve gone in to look for me and I would’ve been out of there in 45 minutes!

Upon arrival at this dealership for an oil change that was scheduled by them, I waited for more than 2 hours, after which the car was returned with an apology and new oil. Avoid doing maintenance with this dealership if at all possible.

I had an appointment at 12:15. I was never checked in under my appointment time. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. People that arrived after me were getting out before me. Every very disappointed with reliable service department.

The sales people are pretty pushy and the things that they say are not always accurate. Lots of problems with servicing vehicles I’ve had three vehicles from this company, even though I purchased the platinum extended warranties. Jesse is the only one that I would trust or do business with he’s one of the finance managers.

Doesn’t even look inside our window motor mount claim to broken which ones neither them parts charged us 100$ for looking at nothing we fixed our selfs from non professional and it was easy fix there just scammers

Took over an hour for a simple oil change. Way understaffed. Did not reset the warning light as requested. Have had one really good experience with the service center, but otherwise would really not want to set foot in that dealership– Especially based on experience buying a vehicle.
