Tonight, me and my family decided we should write a review for a couple people at Renter's Warehouse: Kristie Coco & Jennifer Shaw. I cannot believe how much work I frequently drop on their plate, and this past few weeks is a good example: 6 repairs, 2 vacancies, accounting questions, reporting questions, requests for copies of old historical data & paperwork... Derek S. worked with me to get some required maintenance done on the house and get it re-listed quickly. He was diligent, expedient, and kept me informed via voice and e-mail every step op the way. Working with Arvis Sullivan and Jenise Flye has been amazing! They were informative and guided me along this process to rent out my property. They were very responsive to emails and any questions I had. They were also able to secure a 2 year lease on my property which I am forever grateful.
