I tried to look at a few properties few times but codes and lock box did not work and one property looked like someone was living there. Plus you can never get in touch with anyone!
After having to wait several days to even be told that an appointment was going to be possible, I should up to my 10 a.m. appointment this morning and nobody showed. A big waste of my time. There is no way to reach a live person. Everything is handled through text and email so I couldn't even call to see if someone was on their way. If you are a home owner and are trying to find a property management company, steer clear of these people! Not only were they incompetent with communicating clearly with the landlords AND tenants, they are over priced. If you decide to go with this company, be aware they they will take ALL of the first month's income (aka tenant payment) and next months 80% of the income which they failed to tell us until after we signed the contract. Do not deal with Renters Warehouse. It's almost impossible to get in touch with a real person. We applied for a house after it was apparently taken off market. Their website allowed us to pay to apply for a house that was already off-market. When we inquired about getting a refund on our application (for a house that was off-market), we were met with crickets. Several times. The B team has been absolutely wonderful during our search and moving process! It's been such a smooth and painless process!
Renters Warehouse does not do a very good job of communication. They do a great job of taking your money and not calling you back or returning emails. We rented a house through them and had a lot of issues with the house relating to repairs. Renters Warehouse failed to return calls and emails requesting repairs. But they made sure on the first of the month they collected rent. The biggest issue we have is the home owner notified Renters Warehouse they were selling and our lease needed to be terminated early. Absolutely terrible. All about collecting a dollar, never responding, if you constantly call or bother them be prepared for a denial added with lies. Theresa Sands is just sad she basically encouraged me to apply told her our situation just for me to get denied in less than 20 minutes after applying. Where do I begin? I moved out-of-state and decided to use Renter's Warehouse so I could rent out my house. Everything seemed ok from the start, but my 1st tenant ever was a nightmare because Renter's Warehouse did not do their due diligence. Allegedly, a grandmother and her grand-daughter signed the lease to move into the house. Her son provided the financial details and said his mother worked for him at his "used auto dealership." Let me say this: we rented a beautiful home our agent was Darlene Kelly. She was very charming in the beginning. With that being said, the issue started when the owner decided to sell the home. She broke the terms of the lease Forcing My family to do A few open houses before the lease allowed.
