At first everything was by the book. We did a walk through two weeks ago and made a list of everything that was supposed to be fixed and were promised it would be cleaned before we moved in. Today the lease began, we got the keys EXCEPT THIS IS WHAT WE MOVED INTO. No cleaning or repairs was done. This place is TRASHED. This is inexcusable and they're still making us pay for this today! I can't say enough about how amazing it has been to work with Catherine and Jenise. They've held our hands throughout the entirety of our move (during a pandemic and the holiday season) and have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Catherine has worked AROUND the clock for us--and Jenise has been quick in providing us with all of the information that we need. They've truly gone above and beyond! I highly recommend!
Olga was very responsive and know the circumstances for my move. She was very communicative and made sure we were able to get into the home we looked at. I have no complaints with her and her company as we are in a beautiful home in the ATL area
Rental warehouse is for Professional Slumlords, my downstairs bathroom has been flooding since a week before Thanksgiving an it still haven't been fixed due to the landlord not approving the estimate that was given from the plumber. The plumber can't find the pipes for this house so they're asking for the city to dig the yard up to find the pipes an the landlord won't approve the cost but want his rent faithfully every month. I tried to look at a few properties few times but codes and lock box did not work and one property looked like someone was living there. Plus you can never get in touch with anyone!
After having to wait several days to even be told that an appointment was going to be possible, I should up to my 10 a.m. appointment this morning and nobody showed. A big waste of my time. There is no way to reach a live person. Everything is handled through text and email so I couldn't even call to see if someone was on their way. After waiting, 12 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I called the automated system phone number to report no one had shown up. If you are a home owner and are trying to find a property management company, steer clear of these people! Not only were they incompetent with communicating clearly with the landlords AND tenants, they are over priced. If you decide to go with this company, be aware they they will take ALL of the first month's income (aka tenant payment) and next months 80% of the income which they failed to tell us until after we signed the contract. Do not deal with Renters Warehouse. It's almost impossible to get in touch with a real person. We applied for a house after it was apparently taken off market. Their website allowed us to pay to apply for a house that was already off-market. When we inquired about getting a refund on our application (for a house that was off-market), we were met with crickets. Several times.
