Let me start by saying that 5 stars is no exaggeration. And here's why. I own a condo in Atlanta. But I live in Texas. That's a problem, especially since I didn't have a property manager. I called Renter's Warehouse and they immediately put me in touch with Jenise Flye. I explained to her that I was 1000 miles from my condo, hadn't been there in years, and had no idea what the condition of the condo was with my current (irresponsible) tenant. I need to put my single family house on rent and I am glad that I found renter warehouse . They assigned Richard Beeman as my property manager and he did excellent job. As Richard was local to area so able to put my house on rent after within 1 week . They are very transparent , responsive and professional with reasonable fix cost. All document process is automated so no hassle and i am getting monthly statement with all details.
Our Agent was Jenise Flye. You can totally trust her to go out of her way for you. Professional! Nice! Hard working! Jenise helped us to find a tenant in a rough market and stayed with us every step of the way while we built in a crazy market. Can't go wrong with Renters Warehouse..!
I've used Renter's Warehouse to locate tenants and manage my property for two years. They have been consistently professional and prompt and I would definitely recommend them. My leasing agent Jenise Flye has been phenomenal - she is truly a gem!
I'm a landlord of a single family house in the Atlanta area. For the past 3 months, their maintenance department told me the house needed urgent deck and interior ceiling stain repair. Due to medical reasons (brain injury), I did not respond. On March 17, they emailed me to say if I didn't deposit $4600 to cover the work, they'd do it and stop forwarding rent payment. The absolute worst property management company I've ever experienced. It's impossible to ever reach anyone, they take an eternity to get back to you and worse, they have an irritating AI answering machine on most of the time. If the employees do manage to get back to you, days have passed and that should not be. Whenever I called, I always got the answering machine, it's impossible to get these people to call you back in a timely fashion, so what am I paying that bogus $25/month on top of my rent for? Warning to Property Owners: Avoid RWA Property Management in Atlanta I do not recommend RWA Property Management. Their office suffers from a serious lack of both internal and external communication. My tenant failed to sign the renewal lease, and RWA didn't catch this until the tenant had already moved out--without paying rent. I just started almost a month ago renting through this company! NEVER AGAIN!! The place was poorly managed! I had to do a deep cleaning when I moved in because the cob webs, roaches, spiders and black mold on windows and air vents!! Three weeks here and I'm still trying to get mold and mildew smell out! The owner painted over the vents so impossible to close or open them. Multiple heating issues!
