I need to put my single family house on rent and I am glad that I found renter warehouse . They assigned Richard Beeman as my property manager and he did excellent job. As Richard was local to area so able to put my house on rent after within 1 week . They are very transparent , responsive and professional with reasonable fix cost. All document process is automated so no hassle and i am getting monthly statement with all details.

Our Agent was Jenise Flye. You can totally trust her to go out of her way for you. Professional! Nice! Hard working! Jenise helped us to find a tenant in a rough market and stayed with us every step of the way while we built in a crazy market. Can't go wrong with Renters Warehouse..!

I've used Renter's Warehouse to locate tenants and manage my property for two years. They have been consistently professional and prompt and I would definitely recommend them. My leasing agent Jenise Flye has been phenomenal - she is truly a gem!

Warning to Property Owners: Avoid RWA Property Management in Atlanta I do not recommend RWA Property Management. Their office suffers from a serious lack of both internal and external communication. My tenant failed to sign the renewal lease, and RWA didn't catch this until the tenant had already moved out--without paying rent. Because of this oversight, there's no enforceable breach of contract. When I requested documentation, I was given the runaround. I just started almost a month ago renting through this company! NEVER AGAIN!! The place was poorly managed! I had to do a deep cleaning when I moved in because the cob webs, roaches, spiders and black mold on windows and air vents!! Three weeks here and I'm still trying to get mold and mildew smell out! The owner painted over the vents so impossible to close or open them. Multiple heating issues! Again. Do not recommend renters warehouse or Susan as your agent. The tenant and renters warehouse wrecked my home. I trusted them to take care of my home and they just spat in my face. Damages well over exceeded the deposit and renters warehouse will not claim anything. Susan said that this tenant was respectful and good paying tenant. He was none of those. The service, quality and value is beyond POOR!!!

Based on our limited experience with Renters Warehouse, I must commend Daniel Enriquez Maintenance Coordinator. We experienced a few issues upon move in, including an A/C unit break down after the first day here. Upon making a service order request for the A/C and other several other issues,Daniel responded with a Service team the very next Monday and took care of everything.

Horrible communication. Not to mention they don't check on their properties enough to know that they have squatters that are scaring off potential renters.
