Extremely patient and diligent when it came to screening potential tenants. Provided feedback throughout the entire process and kept me updated on any changes. A valuable resource if you don't want to worry about the song and dance that comes with renting out your property. Trish Beeman provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Kathy Butler. She rented our home within 2 months at a premium price. She always returns your phone calls and answers all questions. She is professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend her as your real estate agent. She's the BEST!!!

From the beginning to the end, Andre was a fantastic Property Manager/Leasing Agent. It took 3-4 days from viewing the property, submitting my application/payment meeting Andre to give him my security deposit and first month's rent and finally moving in. I knew when I walked in and viewed the property and spoke with Andre that this was the home for me. The property was clean and definitely move in ready. Let me start by saying that 5 stars is no exaggeration. And here's why. I own a condo in Atlanta. But I live in Texas. That's a problem, especially since I didn't have a property manager. I called Renter's Warehouse and they immediately put me in touch with Jenise Flye. I need to put my single family house on rent and I am glad that I found renter warehouse . They assigned Richard Beeman as my property manager and he did excellent job. As Richard was local to area so able to put my house on rent after within 1 week . They are very transparent , responsive and professional with reasonable fix cost. All document process is automated so no hassle and i am getting monthly statement with all details.

Our Agent was Jenise Flye. You can totally trust her to go out of her way for you. Professional! Nice! Hard working! Jenise helped us to find a tenant in a rough market and stayed with us every step of the way while we built in a crazy market. Can't go wrong with Renters Warehouse..!

Warning to Property Owners: Avoid RWA Property Management in Atlanta I do not recommend RWA Property Management. Their office suffers from a serious lack of both internal and external communication. My tenant failed to sign the renewal lease, and RWA didn't catch this until the tenant had already moved out--without paying rent. Because of this oversight, there's no enforceable breach of contract. When I requested documentation, I was given the runaround. I just started almost a month ago renting through this company! NEVER AGAIN!! The place was poorly managed! I had to do a deep cleaning when I moved in because the cob webs, roaches, spiders and black mold on windows and air vents!! Three weeks here and I'm still trying to get mold and mildew smell out! The owner painted over the vents so impossible to close or open them. Multiple heating issues!
