Let me start by saying that 5 stars is no exaggeration. And here's why. I own a condo in Atlanta. But I live in Texas. That's a problem, especially since I didn't have a property manager. I need to put my single family house on rent and I am glad that I found renter warehouse . They assigned Richard Beeman as my property manager and he did excellent job. As Richard was local to area so able to put my house on rent after within 1 week . They are very transparent , responsive and professional with reasonable fix cost. All document process is automated so no hassle and i am getting monthly statement with all details.
Our Agent was Jenise Flye. You can totally trust her to go out of her way for you. Professional! Nice! Hard working! Jenise helped us to find a tenant in a rough market and stayed with us every step of the way while we built in a crazy market. Can't go wrong with Renters Warehouse..!
