Renters Warehouse does not do a very good job of communication. They do a great job of taking your money and not calling you back or returning emails. We rented a house through them and had a lot of issues with the house relating to repairs. Renters Warehouse failed to return calls and emails requesting repairs. But they made sure on the first of the month they collected rent. The biggest issue we have is the home owner notified Renters Warehouse they were selling and our lease needed to be terminated early. Absolutely terrible. All about collecting a dollar, never responding, if you constantly call or bother them be prepared for a denial added with lies. Theresa Sands is just sad she basically encouraged me to apply told her our situation just for me to get denied in less than 20 minutes after applying. But she approved my fiancé mind you we both are on application. She tells him she sent over his application to owner, he'll make decision shortly. Where do I begin? I moved out-of-state and decided to use Renter's Warehouse so I could rent out my house. Everything seemed ok from the start, but my 1st tenant ever was a nightmare because Renter's Warehouse did not do their due diligence. Allegedly, a grandmother and her grand-daughter signed the lease to move into the house. Her son provided the financial details and said his mother worked for him at his "used auto dealership." Let me say this: we rented a beautiful home our agent was Darlene Kelly. She was very charming in the beginning. With that being said, the issue started when the owner decided to sell the home. She broke the terms of the lease Forcing My family to do A few open houses before the lease allowed. Mind you at this time we received a per approval letter to purchase the home and borrowed from our 401k for the down payment. I used Renters Warehouse as a landlord and it was by far one of the worst property management companies I have ever worked with. They were quick to ask for money for repairs yet slow to actually have things fixed. The maintenance costs they quoted me always seemed to be unreasonably high and when I asked them to do some comparison quotes, I was essentially told to do it myself and they simply don't want to be bothered. Katie was absolutely amazing and helpful!! Even during this pandemic, she was quick to do anything to help us and was very quick to replying to our questions! We never had any issues with the paper work and they explained everything with great detail about the cost and everything involved with moving in! We definitely thank you guys for all the help and wish we would've gone with you guys sooner!!

I worked with The Bee Team here in Atlanta. They managed the leasing process for leasing a 3br home in Atlanta. Very good team overall. Very responsive and reasonbable responses to all our requests during the leasing process. Better than most leasing brokers I've worked with (I lived in NYC for a number of years where basically all leasing brokers are scumbags). Seems like there are a lot of bad reviews here, so try and work with the Bee Team if you can. I have no opinion on other teams.
