Amber & Trish were both awesome. They made the move in process seamless. I've been in the property for about 1 month and any small thing I've needed fixed Renters Warehouse have repaired within 12 hours. I stay in Atlanta thru the week for work and go back south on the weekends Amber helped me find all the local power, water and cable stuff hooked up. I recommend Amber & Trish for your real estate needs they are both awesome.
We had the pleasure of working with Krystle Alexander. From the first phone call and text message she was very pleasant, responsive and efficient. we had an aim of moving in by the first of 2017. Trish Beeman at Renters Warehouse was our agent and was able to rent our house out in a matter of days from being listed. She even scheduled the house and yard cleaning for us. The best way to put it is we will definitely use her and Renters Warehouse again.

This is a review of their tenant placement service only. I do NOT recommend their management service. Tenant placement: Susie Clark is absolutely the best agent I have worked with. She is very efficient and always keeps you in the loop. My previous tenant was moving out of a rental property I have in Decatur.
