Trish Beeman at Renters Warehouse was our agent and was able to rent our house out in a matter of days from being listed. She even scheduled the house and yard cleaning for us. The best way to put it is we will definitely use her and Renters Warehouse again.

This is a review of their tenant placement service only. I do NOT recommend their management service. Tenant placement: Susie Clark is absolutely the best agent I have worked with. She is very efficient and always keeps you in the loop. My previous tenant was moving out of a rental property I have in Decatur. Since I no longer live in Atlanta, I decide it's time to get a professional agent to help me. Extremely patient and diligent when it came to screening potential tenants. Provided feedback throughout the entire process and kept me updated on any changes. We had a great experience with Kathy Butler. She rented our home within 2 months at a premium price. She always returns your phone calls and answers all questions. She is professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend her as your real estate agent. She's the BEST!!!

Let me start by saying that 5 stars is no exaggeration. And here's why. I own a condo in Atlanta. But I live in Texas. That's a problem, especially since I didn't have a property manager. I called Renter's Warehouse and they immediately put me in touch with Jenise Flye. I need to put my single family house on rent and I am glad that I found renter warehouse . They assigned Richard Beeman as my property manager and he did excellent job. As Richard was local to area so able to put my house on rent after within 1 week . They are very transparent , responsive and professional with reasonable fix cost. All document process is automated so no hassle and i am getting monthly statement with all details.
