We had the pleasure of working with Krystle Alexander. From the first phone call and text message she was very pleasant, responsive and efficient. we had an aim of moving in by the first of 2017. This is a review of their tenant placement service only. I do NOT recommend their management service. Tenant placement: Susie Clark is absolutely the best agent I have worked with. She is very efficient and always keeps you in the loop. My previous tenant was moving out of a rental property I have in Decatur. Since I no longer live in Atlanta, I decide it's time to get a professional agent to help me. Extremely patient and diligent when it came to screening potential tenants. Provided feedback throughout the entire process and kept me updated on any changes. We had a great experience with Kathy Butler. She rented our home within 2 months at a premium price. She always returns your phone calls and answers all questions. She is professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend her as your real estate agent. She's the BEST!!!
From the beginning to the end, Andre was a fantastic Property Manager/Leasing Agent. It took 3-4 days from viewing the property, submitting my application/payment meeting Andre to give him my security deposit and first month's rent and finally moving in.
