Trash company and fraudulent trying to evict me after taking my money cashing the money orders from my bank account and advising I am past due on $3880.50 on 10/13/2021 on my first months rent that was supposed to be prorated. I have lupus with a kidney transplant which i let them know well in advance and they still handled my account so disgusting.Now they changed their address on file to keep their scam going. Upon searching for a rental property in this volatile market, I have to say that working with Arvis Sullivan and Jenice Flye made the experience extremely seamless. Highly recommend working with RW. I got all moved in and everything was handled expeditiously.
Jenise and Krystle were excellent to work with. They got two of my apartments rented within two weeks, and the new residents shared that they had very positive experiences, too. I highly recommend Jenise's team!
The price was right but the service is horrible. Within a month of move in the big roach problem was out of hand. I reported it but they said "The property owner has informed us that they are declining the request to send a vendor for pest control as per your lease, you accepted the home as pest-free upon move-in and you are responsible for pest control. Jenise and Arvis are great and helpful. We were forced to adhere to an HOA deadline to rent my property to a tenant and Arvis got it done within the timeframe needed! She is extremely responsive with great communication and always made me aware when there were scheduled showings. She always called to follow up and provide feedback. I never felt worried Arvis underrepresented my property and knew she showed it off well:) Renters Warehouse is highly recommended.

Scheduled a showing for a property and received many many reminders from Krystle about the appointment - multiple emails and text. I confirmed the appointment and sent in a picture of my license as requested. Drove over an hour to Atlanta to see the unit, and no one ever showed up. Called the only phone number I could find, and it just sent me to an automated line, which confirmed for me I did have an appointment and asked me to press a button if no one was there - there was no way to speak to a real person. In hindsight, from the first initial contact with this company I should have turned the other way. From the day I inquired about viewing a property up until now this has been the worst company that I have ever dealt with.
