Jessica Chadwick, the maintenance manager, has zero customer service skills and also no accountability. We sent out a request to fix our A/C 1 week ago and received an email directly from her confirming receipt of our service request. Nowhere in this email did it state that it is the responsibility of the tenant to call and schedule their own appointment. I just started my lease in Atlanta in April. I have a notice for an annual inspection so I called to question it. The inspections do no follow the lease terms. I was asked to take off early so they could have inspections complete between 9am and 3pm. The lease states 9am to 6pm. Additionally, the owner was at the property the day of move, has been by 2 additional times for mail that I offered to drop off at renter's warehouse and called me yesterday about Terminix being on the property and couldn't access the back gate (I ha... read more

The Bee team (Trish Beeman and crew) were awesome. Our renters dropped out right before we were set to move overseas. They found tenants and got us signed up for property management services in a flash. They responded quickly, even on nights and weekends.

Forget about using their phone number I have left 4 messages over two weeks, each time leaving my contact information that they also have on file as a landlord. After finally trying different ways to contact them I got a reply via Facebook saying to email them. As stated by other people they do not reply in a timely manner overall, the agents that came out and you meet are responsive but once you sign a contact you do not deal with the agents anymore and that is where the unresponsiveness starts. Renters Warehouse has got to be the worst business I have ever tried to do business with. They do not communicate with you after daily request. They are non-responsive. I have twenty emails and a few phone calls that have gone unanswered. I would advise anyone to save themselves from the frustration and go elsewhere for their hoime rental needs. My credit score is well in the 800's so this in not someone who dodges his bills and obligations.

I am changing it from 2 stars to 1 star because although I was told by Renters Warehouse that they would have the house "hotel/motel ready" (referring to cleanliness) according to Renters Warehouse the homeowner denied shampooing the carpet that is full of human/animal hair. The realtor was very personable and had a delightful attitude. There are some very serious issues with proper follow up, follow through, business etiquette and professionalism. Darlene Kelly was an incredible help to me getting my rental. She recommended the best areas according to my request and kept me updated on what was new that I may enjoy. Renters warehouse has been amazing in getting me in a home quickly and in an affordable way. I'm glad I chose them as my option to rent a new home.
