I stayed in one of Ranter Warehouse's Old Fourth Ward properties for 7 months while in town for work. Had to replace the water heater while I was in there, and it was a pretty seamless process. Move-in and out was a relative breeze and communication was very good. I hope to stay at this property again!!!
Make sure you contact Olga Palmer. She is the best agent in Atlanta. She made the renting process smooth and easy.
Olga listed and rented out my property to a qualified tenant in 6 days. Absolutely top notch and a pleasure to do business with. I felt confident the entire time she helped me through the rental process which made it so much easier to list the property and finalize the rental. I wanted to be able to hand it over to her and not have to worry or think about it and that is exactly how it went. Olga is the best.
Scam artist! Do not bother contacting them! About a week ago, i sent a request on their website to view a rental property. They then asked for a copy of my DL. Figured it was one of those self guide touring homes. Anyways, I got an email at 4am that day stating the property is not available for viewing since it's occupied. Hmmmm. Website said it's been available since January. Now it's March. Plus what business goes out of their way to email you at 4am? Very tacky and weird. THE WORST! I've tried multiple times to input my information about looking for a rental and every time I do, I receive an error message. I tried calling one number on their website and that number doesn't accept calls. I tried another number and it stated to go to renterswarehouse.com/atlanta to see which agent I need to talk to. Guess what happens when you do that...you get yet another error message. I've tried this on a macbook and a pc. They are worthless.
I've lost my job with ALL THE REPAIRS!! They could care less about the tenant. Believe me, I've had to use my entire 2 week vacation time to stay home to fix repairs. Who does that??? Keep your attorney close if you choose to rent from them, that's the most I can say. HORRIBLE!!! I hate giving them 1 star...
These ppl R straight out Crooks, slumlords preying on renters in a state w/ weak consumer protection. I helped my sister find a house in Marietta, Ga for 2600.00 .; big mistake! The house was pretty to look at without the utilities on but after money changed hands, over $5500.00, utilities turned on, it was all a piece a piece of garbage! The absolute worse company I've ever dealt with in my life. Been calling for almost 2 years to get maintenance on the house I'm renting and nothing. No call backs, nothing. Have black mold all over bathroom ceiling and the other bathroom ceiling fell in on top of my head yesterday while getting out of the shower. Had to buy and install my own stove, because this company wouldn't call me back after being without a stove for nearly a year. Don't walk but run away from this company. Darlene Grace Kelly is the absolute worst agent to deal with. She doesn't respond and she's late to every showing if she even shows up at all. She's very unprofessional. Her manager is just as useless. I offered to email him our text conversations showing that she left me sitting at a home and never showed up, and also to show that she wouldn't respond to my housing requests.
