Katie was absolutely amazing and helpful!! Even during this pandemic, she was quick to do anything to help us and was very quick to replying to our questions! We never had any issues with the paper work and they explained everything with great detail about the cost and everything involved with moving in! We definitely thank you guys for all the help and wish we would've gone with you guys sooner!!

I worked with The Bee Team here in Atlanta. They managed the leasing process for leasing a 3br home in Atlanta. Very good team overall. Very responsive and reasonbable responses to all our requests during the leasing process. Better than most leasing brokers I've worked with (I lived in NYC for a number of years where basically all leasing brokers are scumbags). Seems like there are a lot of bad reviews here, so try and work with the Bee Team if you can. I have no opinion on other teams.

I stayed in one of Ranter Warehouse's Old Fourth Ward properties for 7 months while in town for work. Had to replace the water heater while I was in there, and it was a pretty seamless process. Move-in and out was a relative breeze and communication was very good. I hope to stay at this property again!!!

Olga listed and rented out my property to a qualified tenant in 6 days. Absolutely top notch and a pleasure to do business with. I felt confident the entire time she helped me through the rental process which made it so much easier to list the property and finalize the rental. I wanted to be able to hand it over to her and not have to worry or think about it and that is exactly how it went. Olga is the best.

Scam artist! Do not bother contacting them! About a week ago, i sent a request on their website to view a rental property. They then asked for a copy of my DL. Figured it was one of those self guide touring homes. Anyways, I got an email at 4am that day stating the property is not available for viewing since it's occupied. Hmmmm. Website said it's been available since January. Now it's March. Plus what business goes out of their way to email you at 4am? Very tacky and weird. Maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't deal with them.... read more

THE WORST! I've tried multiple times to input my information about looking for a rental and every time I do, I receive an error message. I tried calling one number on their website and that number doesn't accept calls. I tried another number and it stated to go to renterswarehouse.com/atlanta to see which agent I need to talk to. Guess what happens when you do that...you get yet another error message. I've tried this on a macbook and a pc. They are worthless.

I've lost my job with ALL THE REPAIRS!! They could care less about the tenant. Believe me, I've had to use my entire 2 week vacation time to stay home to fix repairs. Who does that??? Keep your attorney close if you choose to rent from them, that's the most I can say. HORRIBLE!!! I hate giving them 1 star...
