I've used Renter's Warehouse to locate tenants and manage my property for two years. They have been consistently professional and prompt and I would definitely recommend them. My leasing agent Jenise Flye has been phenomenal - she is truly a gem!
I do not recommend this agency. They managed my rental property in Cumming, Georgia, and after the tenant caused damage to the bathrooms, I had a very difficult time getting assistance. My main concern is their lack of communication. The staff at Renters Warehouse did not respond to my emails or phone calls regarding claims against the tenant's security deposit. I'm a landlord of a single family house in the Atlanta area. For the past 3 months, their maintenance department told me the house needed urgent deck and interior ceiling stain repair. Due to medical reasons (brain injury), I did not respond. On March 17, they emailed me to say if I didn't deposit $4600 to cover the work, they'd do it and stop forwarding rent payment. The absolute worst property management company I've ever experienced. It's impossible to ever reach anyone, they take an eternity to get back to you and worse, they have an irritating AI answering machine on most of the time. If the employees do manage to get back to you, days have passed and that should not be. Whenever I called, I always got the answering machine, it's impossible to get these people to call you back in a timely fashion, so what am I paying that bogus $25/month on top of my rent for? Warning to Property Owners: Avoid RWA Property Management in Atlanta I do not recommend RWA Property Management. Their office suffers from a serious lack of both internal and external communication. My tenant failed to sign the renewal lease, and RWA didn't catch this until the tenant had already moved out--without paying rent. I just started almost a month ago renting through this company! NEVER AGAIN!! The place was poorly managed! I had to do a deep cleaning when I moved in because the cob webs, roaches, spiders and black mold on windows and air vents!! Three weeks here and I'm still trying to get mold and mildew smell out! The owner painted over the vents so impossible to close or open them. Multiple heating issues! Olga is great! Her communication was excellent, and she explained everything along the way. The process was so smooth and fast! The service I received from her and her team was top-notch. I highly recommend Olga and her team!
Again. Do not recommend renters warehouse or Susan as your agent. The tenant and renters warehouse wrecked my home. I trusted them to take care of my home and they just spat in my face. Damages well over exceeded the deposit and renters warehouse will not claim anything. Susan said that this tenant was respectful and good paying tenant. He was none of those. The service, quality and value is beyond POOR!!!
