Please help me in putting Renters Warehouse and their rude employees out of business. This company is horrible, and has rude employee's who are unprofessional. When I moved into the home it was not painted nor clean. As far as repairs they are not good with getting them fix. If I could give them no stars I would but it seems you have to click at lease one. Run while you can!!! This place is a complete piece of crap!!! They won't handle business like regular people even after you pay them everything you owe them!!! It's sad how they handle tenants.. not something I would wish in my enemy!!!!

Before renting from the office in Atlanta, beware of the Owner/Manager, Ms. Dutton. Her behavior is unprofessional to say the least. I hope she changes the way she does business, eventually this has to catch up to her.

Worked both Arvis Sullivan and Jenise Flye. They were very professional and made my tenant search easy. Never frustrating and the screening of candidates cannot be compared to any other property management company I have worked with in the past.

Working with Arvis Sullivan and Jenise Flye has been amazing! They were informative and guided me along this process to rent out my property. They were very responsive to emails and any questions I had. They were also able to secure what I know will be a great tenant. Great communication and both ladies were very personable. Olga Palmer helped me find good tenants for my rental in a very short period of time. Not only she is super professional and familiar with the area, what's more important is that she is so honest and she always puts my interest in the first priority. Ask for Olga Palmer for leasing assistance! Super helpful, quick to respond, straight to the point, and on top of all the details. As someone that works in property management, I was so thankful to have someone so on top of it.

I have always had great experiences when Jenise and Krystle are the agents involved with renting out my property. Their move in inspections are great, and Krystle always goes the extra mile to make sure that the tenant is comfortable and happy with both the property and the experience.

I live in California but bought a house in Atlanta. Jenise and Arvis from Renters Warehouse took good care of me -- advising me on repairs and upgrades, then finding me great tenants in record time. It felt great knowing they were there overseeing my investment.
