It sucks! Why in the same hell would i want to pay for a service my landlord chose to use. I will only use you to pay the landlord otherwise your app completely sucks. No reason people should have to pay to use your service it should be put on the person who insists on it. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. You're lucky you got 1 star I would give you a negative 1,000,000

Took almost an hour to load application, then was not allowing me to sign and submit. Super annoying

Got charged double rent and they took 2 weeks to return my money. My auto pay set to the 25th of the month for no reason despite the first being my rent due date for over a year. Then I get emails saying I'm over due on rent even though I pay on time every month. Stop making everything an app and just have a mobile site!

Applied for an apartment that was listed only to be told after I paid for the application the unit was rent ready. Not even offered a refund nor was my application even processed and nobody to c9ntact regarding this. I guess it's a great app if you want to scam peopl. Out 49.00 and still looking for a place to rent.

Your additional build your credit is a joke! I've been paying my rent the day before my bill is due for 8 months and it has showed nothing on my credit report. Just another way to make money from people who are already struggling.

Since March of this year, I've been having issues with rentredi. When my landlord first started us on this app, everything was set up for the 5th of the month, and she doesn't charge late fees. All of a sudden, March rent didn't go through. April went through with no issues for the 5th, but the system will not allow us to set up autopay. I've decided to go "stress free" and go back to my old way of paying the rent, bank to bank transfer.

This app is kind of terrible. There are constant pop-ups with "offers" for unrelated companies, and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable this feature. Also, the back buttons don't work some of the time. And I can't go back to the home screen without being prompted every single time to add my bank account/credit card for rent payments or to view offers again. I do not need to set up payment; my landlord takes paper checks and I'm just trying to submit a maintenance request.

They charge an astronomical fee to pay your rent with a card, which is how most people would prefer to pay their rent anyway. If you pay through your bank account info, it takes a week to come out, which is also annoying. I wish my landlord would just go back to letting his tenants use cashapp.
