Where is the app for owners? I've input rentredi for owners and there's not an app for owners.
Business response:
Hi Ted! On your Android phone, visit https://app.rentredi.com > Click the banner at the bottom to "Add RentRedi to Home screen" > Done!
Terrible app for tenants. Slightly tricky to configure. Pop up sales BS make it hard to just pay the rent. All transactions come with an additional dollar charge. It asks for feedback, but if it's not positive it sends you in a loop. It's hard to track payment history as a tenant as well. It makes an actual impact in making me want to not renew my lease if I have to use this (likely) spyware, profiteering junk.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about your difficulties. The feedback loop is being investigated and improvements to our payment history tracking are in the pipeline. The processing fee is required to cover the cost of transferring funds. Please contact us at team@rentredi.com, we are happy to help!
I have added my card and signed into my bank account to link it up for payment MULTIPLE times each, and it won't save my information. It always says successful but then once I go back to the home page of the app, it says my payment info is still needed. This is something that shouldn't be an issue on an app set up for people to pay for the roof over their heads! Fix it please. Edit: charged an extra $25+ for rent because it won't let me link an account. Only lets me use a card. Fix app please.
Business response:
This doesn't seem right. This sounds like an issue for our customer support, and we want to take a closer look at this for you. Please send a note to team@rentredi.com so we can connect.
This is the biggest scam of an app I've ever seen. Good way to screw people over, so many tech issues. It's a complete joke and I could go on with details but no point wants a landlord thinks this one is a good idea.
Business response:
Hi Matthew, we apologize if you experienced any issues while using RentRedi. We'd love the opportunity to investigate your experiences, as we value the insights of every person using RentRedi. Please reach out to team@rentredi.com and we will be more than happy to assist you!
Paying 23 bucks to pay your rent is stupid.
Business response:
Hi Randy! Thank you so much for reaching out with feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to reach out. We recommend using ACH, as the fee is only $1!
REPORT THIS COMPANY FOR CHARGING FEES ON DEBIT CARDS TO VISA AND MASTERCARD. THIS IS AGAINST THE MERCHANT AGREEMENT & THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. GA CODE 13-1-15 FOR GA. Being forced to pay fees and told it's "only" a certain amount. How about you pay it? Asking for personal login credentials is ridiculous. What good is a password if you're giving it to some third party company that we have no access to? What if they have a breach? Landlords who force this down our throats are just as bad.
Business response:
Hi Dominique, thank you for reaching out with your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and insights. The Plaid login is safer and allows you to easily revoke access by changing your password or revoking it from your online banking login. However, sharing account and routing numbers do not. We hope that helps. Thank you again for reaching out!
This joke of an app is shameful, and the operators should destroy the app, and let some people who have ethics and morals to give it a try. They have ignored my requests (5 months worth), or fell on deaf ears regarding the upkeep of my residence, and call foul on rent payment on the 2nd day of the month. I feel taken advantage of, and I have only recently started using this app.
Business response:
Hi Andrew! Thank you for reaching out. RentRedi is a property management app and technology, not a landlord or property manager. If you have any questions about your residence, we recommend contacting your landlord or property manager directly for updates.
As I was trying to sign up, I was diverted to a scam site, which asked for a credit card to verify my identity. My bank caught it as a fraud. The second time, I went to the email from my landlord and opened the link it was completely different, and I was able to finish the process without issue.
Business response:

Two months in a row I have paid my rent but the app continues to show that it is still due. I have to send screenshots to my landlord in order to get the issue fixed. It's annoying.
