It took almost a year to get this resolved because the sales agent was not actively trying to resolve the problem, and when I called in she was the only person that I could contact. Only after months of trying to get this issue resolved and almost losing my account because of the issue not being fixed, I was finally routed to someone who knew how to fix the problem. And once again I am a happy user. One remaining issue, I was promised credit for the months that I was overcharged and to date it has not been issued..

Great
