    RingCentral for Non-Profits Pros: We used this when we wanted to bring in a VOIP system. It was tested and used for a few weeks but we decided to go in a different direction. It is a good overall system. Cons: It wasn't bad, just needed a bit more refinement. The app is useful but we just went with teams.

    Works Great! Pros: I love this program for making calls and not having to use my own number. Cons: Sometimes it can glitch out but usually gets resolved fast.

    Ring Central Review Pros: I like the multiple functions of the system that act as a real telephone. Cons: Some functions don’t operate easily and can hinder work communication. Changing the settings doesn’t always improve the problems either.

    An alternative for a phone number for freelancers Pros: Inliked the voice mail option, since I am working in a different time zone, remotely. Cons: Nothing major, just sometimes I need to re-log in. Overall: We tried different call applications but this one was the best! I am working as a freelancer with US based company, and this application gave me freedom to call, receive calls and voice mails and get done my job very fast and easy. Easy to set up.

    ring central is awesome Pros: User friendly and easy to set up. Time and money saving Cons: no refunds on down time, you just have to call your sales team Overall: Awesome experience, so far so good, reliable cost saving

    RingCentral review Pros: Easy interface with multiple status during calls and no audio issues during calls or transferring to another agent. Cons: it could improve the compatibility with some headsets, the set up may take a while is this issues is not address properly. Overall: my overall experience with the program it's good. it has an intuitive interface with multiple status options.

    Its just ok Pros: I have used Ring Central for 4 years or so. It is easy to use, but drops calls alot. Sometimes callers will say they cannot hear me. Cons: Dropping of calls, disconnects calls. Would like for Ring Central to help with that.

    Needs Improvement Pros: I like that I am able to see who is calling members of my team on my desk top. I can see if the answer a call or not. Cons: I don't like the fact that when a call is transferred from another party, the call does not record. Overall: Overall, ring central is very effective. I am able to see my calls and text in one app.

    Wonderful product Pros: Fabulous utility and ease of use. Intuitive features and functions are in place that allows you to easily get done what you need to. Cons: The non wireless connection or 5g network connection needs improvement. That function is a little rough and could be fleshed out simply Overall: Overall, it's a wonderful business management system that gives you professional presence for little cost of headache
