RingEX in a Pharmacy Setting Pros: It's very user friendly for both the agents and the administrators. It's nice to be able to fax, call, text and message all within one app. Cons: Some of the reporting for RingEX is lacking. Most of what I needed I was able to find though. Overall: It's been great. We migrated over to Ring Central from Mitel and it's been worlds different. Definitely a better experience in EX!

Great VOIP service provider Pros: It is quite efficient and effective to have several key business services in one spot. Telephony, group chat, text, fax, video conferencing. The reporting features and analytics are also very helpful. Cons: 4 stars because the system needs to integrate a global address feature that can be populated by admins without uploading archaic lists of external contacts (which is very difficult and not intuitive). Cons: We have not had great experiences with their customer support and billing teams. Overall: We use RingEX and Ring Central for all of our phone calls and meetings with customers. It is a great way to keep everything all in one place for our external communications.
