Highly Recommended Pros: We use RingCentral at work and I love it! I use it multiple times a day for answering/making phone calls and also use the texting feature. Cons: The deployment of RingCentral wasn't the best, BUT, my work is very complex so we had a lot of questions when we were setting things up that I don't think other companies would normally have.

Great platform for VOIP Pros: Auto call recording, the phone app for desktop and mobile as well as being able to see in real time call status of colleagues is a key to this program. The message feature is a must as well. Great option for any business! Pros: Being a smaller firm, RingCentral gave us the opportunity to find a solution that was a better fit for our Clients, and expand the availability of communication. Cons: We have had no issues to date and are satisfied with RingCentral Overall: Overall experience has been good. Ring Central Pros: Don't need a desk phone and also don't need to use it through a desktop computer. I've always used it directly through my phone. Cons: Have heard that when people call it doesn't sound like a normal phone call, like music is playing or something. The number I was assigned also comes up on peoples phones as spam. I wish the dialpad and the search function were more cohesively integrated.
Ring Central - Yes Please Pros: I like the way my voicemails are transcribed and emailed to me. I like the directory. I like the ease of transferring calls or forwarding them to another office. Cons: It was sort of hard to understand at firs, but once I played with it more I was able to be more familiar. Overall: Great experience. We continue to use it.
Great phone system with some room for improvement Pros: Enables us to setup teachers with Soft phones on their mobile phones, enabling them to call parents using the school's main phone number as their call-back number.
