Best for remote workers Pros: I was surprised that I could actually communicate with my team in the US while I am in Africa with just an internet access. The communication is flowless. Features like call recording, messaging. group videos, un reading a message, call log monitoring has reduced our company's operating costs. "Best for remote workers" Overall: I work remotely. I believe it's easier for a company to afford remote workers than paying an on site worker, which is usually expensive. "Ring Central" Overall: The setup was a little rocky, was called one afternoon for setup in the middle of the work day , BUT worth the hassle. Phone system is awesome!!Pros: Love the control it gives us and the money we are saving from the local utility phone companyCons: I cannot think of any cons. Love all the features

I prefer using the phone system built into Hubspot directly.Pros: Ring central covers the basics and is an industry leader. It is very good with computer/mobile integrations as well as recording and tracking calls.Cons: Not the best service, on voip connections at times.
"The new call System " Overall: Its Amazing !Pros: I Like how On Ring Central you can also text , send fax , and video chat make meetings. It literally a cellphone on a computer screen ! It has been marvelous can't complain about it.Pros: RingCentral is pretty easy to use and having to use it for Efax as well and our calls to be timestamped.Cons: There really isn't anything to complain about it since it has been great since I have been using it.
