System Start Up Experience Overall, the set-up experience went well. I would like RingCentral to provide the company with the option to change their main phone number, rather than someone on the support team. The change took a lot longer than I expected, delaying the start-up of the system. After the main phone number was changed, our caller ID did not reflect the company name on the cellular/home phone and that is currently being worked on. The ease of setting up the account went well though.
