RingCentral delivers telephony without some bells and whistles Pros: It's a solid solution for telephony, IVR and other standard functions. Cons: It's not as intuitive as some other solutions and it takes longer to complete some tasks.

Ring Central is a Game Changer Pros: Being able to call being outside of the office and all calls showing as if you're calling from your office. Clients will never know if you're in the office or not. Cons: I don't like that I can't send text messages. Some colleagues can, but mine can't

RingCentral MVP is great for internal collaboration Pros: It was easy to install, and it is easy to use. Cons: The customer service department is improving but it still takes a long time to resolve issues. There is a lot of waiting on hold for unimportant tasks. Overall: Although we do not love their customer service department, overall it is worth the money.

Ring Central as a calling platform Pros: I like that it's a very complete platform, it's quite stable and its reports are easy to consult. Cons: One of the things I'm not a fan of is that, despite being a stable platform, it has delays in connecting calls (they are not very common, but they do exist) Overall: In general Ring Central is a stable, reliable and flexible platform since it is cross-platform, in the last few days I have not had connection problems or crashes or failures. RingCentral Pros: The ease of use and ability for our sales team to be able to answer calls that are meant for our team during business hours, and have a simple and organized location for all after-hours calls. Cons: No specific cons at this time. Before, the app did not include HUD features which made it more difficult, but this has been addressed. Overall: RingCentral has been easy to use and implement and recommend for small or large businesses.
