Strong all-in-one platform but admin setup and integration require effort RingEX has worked well as a single platform for calling, messaging and video meetings, and it has reduced the time we used to spend switching between different tools. Call routing through IVR and queues is quite good.Admin panel setup and salesforce integration needed extra effort in the beginning, and support response time for non critical issues could be a bit faster.
RingEX- One of the best,easy to setup and use saving a lot of time. We switched to RingEX to replace our old desk phone system, it provided calls,texting, and video meetings all in one application instead of different appplications for each one.Setup is very easy when compared to other applications which are complicated ,users figured out basics easily within a day or two. Call quality is solid. Although disadvatnage is setting up new users ,changing call routing etc.
