Ease of Use and Cross-Platform Functionality Highlighted in RingEX Experience My company implemented RingEX from RingCentral a year ago, and it has been an excellent product for us. I love how easy it is for end users to use, and it works across all of our usual platforms. RingCentral did drop the ball on providing us admin training, and the admin user interface was a bit unintuitive at first. That said, we were able to figure it out internally and the product just works fine for our needs.
