RING CENTRAL Pros: The app was easy to use when making calls away from the office. Cons: Not reliable for our technicians when out in the field. The call wouldn't go thru, causing our techs to have to block their personal numbers resulting in customers not recognizing the phone number and not answering. Simple Solution for Small business - platform dates Pros: It was a simple solution for a small business to route calls from a general number to individual phones. Calls were never dropped and I liked that it transcribed voicemails. Cons: The platform feels very dated and it was difficult to navigate the system settings to add new users.

Best tool for calls Pros: There were no technical errors at all while using the application, nor were there any call drops. Cons: Sometimes the messages are not delivered.

Great VOIP office system Pros: RingCentral has a great phone/desktop app that allows for great management. Cons: I wish all users could text from our main number. Overall: RC has been a great experience. I've tried a few VOIP services and landed on RingCentral with no plans of moving.

Fantastic Voice Over IP phone system Pros: Great product works like a charm, I use this product daily along with almost all of my customers. The overall easy use of this product makes it 5 stars. I have a few clients who have the most basic computer skills that mastered and love this product. Cons: I wish there were a few more features available when it comes to voicemail such as sharing a saved voicemail with another user outside of ones company.
