Great VOIP office system Pros: RingCentral has a great phone/desktop app that allows for great management. Cons: I wish all users could text from our main number. Overall: RC has been a great experience. I've tried a few VOIP services and landed on RingCentral with no plans of moving.
Very good VOiP Pros: The online portal is fantastic. It allows you to divert your calls very easily to a phone or even take them on your computer rather than your desk phone Cons: We do get several dropouts on desk phones a day Which sometimes makes it frustrating Overall: Overall, our experience has been good we will be continuing to use RingCentral in the future
Fantastic Voice Over IP phone system Pros: Great product works like a charm, I use this product daily along with almost all of my customers. The overall easy use of this product makes it 5 stars. I have a few clients who have the most basic computer skills that mastered and love this product. Cons: I wish there were a few more features available when it comes to voicemail such as sharing a saved voicemail with another user outside of ones company.
Good working tool Pros: Not missing any important phone call, the system records everything and also takes voice messages perfectly Cons: Nothing to say against this tool, overall works perfectly
Functional and helpful Pros: I like that I don't need to use my personal number for business calls. Cons: Sometimes notifications lag in coming through on my computer. Sometimes calls will get missed because they don't ring until it's too late to answer them or will just show up as missed calls.
Good features Pros: I like all the features that the app has like choosing your schedule to receive calls, is very easy to transfer the calls. Cons: The app most of the time works very slow, and is not just in my computer because my colleagues has the same issue. I need to close it and open it back few times during the day Overall: Good, but can be excellent. I like all the features it has
Ring Central - regular but not varied user review Pros: It's clear and easy to use. Has a nice user interface with clear, easy to define icons for different functions. Call quality is usually good too. Cons: I feel the log in process is a little long and unnecessary, it opens a few other windows during the process and I feel it could be streamlined. Overall: Overall I've had a positive experience, I use the product mainly for outbound calling and it's reliable and easy enough to use.
RingCentral delivers telephony without some bells and whistles Pros: It's a solid solution for telephony, IVR and other standard functions. Cons: It's not as intuitive as some other solutions and it takes longer to complete some tasks.
