Great solution for modern work from anywhere environment. Easy to use and versatile product that allows phone, fax, sms text, direct messaging, and video conferencing.
User recommendation The product is easy to set up, and well versitile. It has some small bugs but nothing a normal user can't live with.
Great value and support We had a great experience with our acquisition and deployment of RingCentral. We utilized RingCentral professional services for the initial rollout and then continued to port additional users.

RC needs to improve scalability At best, it was an OK experience. This is not a solution to implement to a large organization (500+ employees) as they cannot handle the mass users without something going wrong
