"Great System" Overall: I can switch mid call from my computer to my cell phone seamlessly.Pros: It's just so easy to use. Adding your contact is a few clicks, transferring calls is easy, conferencing is easy as well. The video calls are great quality, everything just runs smoothly, i highly recommend getting RingCentral.Cons: I really don't have any complaints about RingCentral. It might be more expensive than their competitors but you get what you pay for.

It's easy and accessible to handle any business necessary without the need to get my personal phone number involved.
