Ring Central makes getting your calls across the business system easy and seemless Pros: I like that I can get the office calls on my cell if I (or any of us) are out of the office, and can even transfer back a call to someone who is in the office. I like that the system includes texting because many of our clients prefer text to email so we can still use the business line for text communication with these clients. Review For RingCentral MVP Pros: I like RingCentral MVP because this is an all-in-one unified communications app for businesses. It provides messaging, video, and phone solutions in a single, unified application. Cons: One least likely thing about that the mobile app RingCentral MVP integrates well and gets the job done, it can sometimes lag and be a bit clunky. Overall: Pretty awesome and amazing and I would recommend that RingCentral to all of my friends.

RingCentral MVP Pros: Easy to use on Mobile phone and link your ext to your mobile app. Easy to transfer calls to the correct person. Can log in and out when needed. Cons: Voicemail not linked to email address to come through as an email. Overall: I like ring central better then spectrum or At&T. Love that it connects to your mobile phone and can login and out of when needed.

Great for managing faxes! Pros: Ease of use and notifications so that I always know when a fax is received so that it may be distributed timely. Cons: Unable to add all accounts without logging out and back in. Overall: Overall, this is a good product and easy to use.

RingCentral - calls and business phone Pros: AI liked the good features, reasonable price, and good usability. Cons: They made it VERY DIFFICULT to use SMS. Overall: Generally good, but SMS setup and approval was a royal pain.

RingCentral for the remote worker Pros: I love that I can use my ring central number instead of my work or personal cell phone number to reach clients. Since I work from home, I do not want clients having my personal or business number and ring central allows that. I can call a client via ring central and if they call me back it is through that number. Ease of Use Pros: I love that I can get and see all calls that come in to my office directly to my cell phone. I can return calls from the Ring Central app and it will display my office number and not my personal number. Cons: Have not had any issues with Ring Central so far! Overall: Love the app, it helps when I am working from home!
