Effortless Transition to a Robust Office Phone System Coming from another system, it has functioned as it should, running at 100%. It is a nice upgrade in all aspects of an office phone system and has a large number of features to use if needed. Very robust platform.

RingEX - solid and reliable and super-easy setup We implemented RingEX to replace an older VOIP solution. Functionality, service and support have been superb. I was able to setup fairly complex call queue and IVR flows in RingEX with quick and easy click-through steps in the admin portal - far, far easier than the older Windows management-console style admin we were previously using.

Mostly good, could use some improvement My company switched over from a landline, to Ring Central. Overall it has been a good experience, however, adjusting many of the settings is not particularly self-explanatory/user-friendly. We have had to reach out to customer care for assistance with many things since we can't find everything on our own. (this is not free after the first 30 days)
