when it works it works well When it works, it works well. Support is lacking, the application changes so often, the support docs cant keep up with it. The mobile version works well too.
Simple, Reliable and Cost-Effective Quite good. Implementation team was knowledgeable and efficient. Voice quality is better than previous vendor. User interface is easy to use.
Dont think twice , get ring central My experience with ring central has been amazing, the quality of the calls is excellent, the interface itself its easy to use, and its just cover all my needs for my business, i have calls, sms , video chat , pretty much anything i can need, ring central offers it , i know there are other companies that do something similar, but Ring central is just on top of all the others , i 100% recommend the service they provide
Great reliable and robust platform for admin phones/video/fax/texting. RingCentral support structure is outstanding. I like having a dedicated technical account manager that I can reach within the app.
