Love this application for my small business Pros: I love that i can have the app ring out to my parents and show my business number even though Im using my personal cell. Cons: Sometimes connection can be a bit spotty but overall im very satisfied

Best for remote workers Pros: I was surprised that I could actually communicate with my team in the US while I am in Africa with just an internet access. The communication is flowless. Features like call recording, messaging. group videos, un reading a message, call log monitoring has reduced our company's operating costs. Ring Central Pros: Love the control it gives us and the money we are saving from the local utility phone company Cons: I cannot think of any cons. Love all the features Overall: The setup was a little rocky, was called one afternoon for setup in the middle of the work day , BUT worth the hassle. Phone system is awesome!!

Great internet phone system for businesses Pros: I love that i can download the app and call any pts from my personal phone with my business number showing up Cons: The thing i like least about ringcentral is the text message feature. Overall: I have used this product for several years and find it super user friendly and convenient.

Not the worst or best Pros: Ring central covers the basics and is an industry leader. It is very good with computer/mobile integrations as well as recording and tracking calls. Cons: Not the best service, on voip connections at times. Overall: We used this because Ringcentral was a client and we got a good deal on it. I prefer using the phone system built into Hubspot directly.

Solido Servicio. Pros: Me encanto su app movil porque permite laborar de forma remota sin necesidad de tener un plan de minutos con el operador que utilizo. Cons: el unico inconveniente que presente fue la caida del internet pero no tenia nada que ver con esta herramienta.

work smart not harder work from home Pros: Being able to have my full class in the video conference. Cons: It's a bit difficult to do large video conferences requiring a bit of maneuvering. Overall: This was an absolutely vital tool during the pandemic.

The new call System Pros: I Like how On Ring Central you can also text , send fax , and video chat make meetings. It literally a cellphone on a computer screen ! Its really great ! makes commination so much easier ! Cons: Sometimes when the updates happen they do tend to restart a little slower Overall: Its Amazing !

Outstanding Pros: RingCentral is pretty easy to use and having to use it for Efax as well and our calls to be timestamped. Cons: There really isn't anything to complain about it since it has been great since I have been using it. Overall: We use it for calling and efax as well. It has been marvelous can't complain about it.
