"A little tricky sometimes but overall great system! " Overall: It has been extremely beneficial to have a unified system across all of our locations. Being able to pick up the central line when staff is available regardless of where they are located has been a total game changer for our teams.Pros: The set up was pretty easy overall and being able to assign phones for home use on the fly was imperative during the pandemic. "Ring Central" Overall: Pretty good, customer service has been pretty good as well.Pros: The ease of teaching yourself how to use it, customer service is great as well. Highly recommend!Cons: I don't like that you can't save text messages from and to clients to save in the file when we close a file.
"The ability to answer calls anywhere" Overall: RingCentral gives Loan Officers the ability to answer calls anywhere and speak with clients and conference in a corespondent lender or mortgage servicer.Pros: The best feature on RingCentral is the text message-like feature. Loan Officers can send automated text messages to clients informating them about their loan. "Scoot over, ZOOM!" Pros: How we can easily connect with clients and each other. Multiple uses make it super essential.Cons: Sometimes, it does buffer and needs frequent updates.
