    "Trusted solution for Chat & Telephony " Pros: Decent cloud solution and straight forward in deployment.Cons: If you are emphasizing on Video calls then I would recommend Teams or Zoom One.

    "A little tricky sometimes but overall great system! " Overall: It has been extremely beneficial to have a unified system across all of our locations. Being able to pick up the central line when staff is available regardless of where they are located has been a total game changer for our teams.Pros: The set up was pretty easy overall and being able to assign phones for home use on the fly was imperative during the pandemic.     "Overall works really well but they WILL NOT STOP PESTERING for reviews/feedback" Overall: Their platform is solid. The features are extensive. The call quality is good. The configuration backend is a bit wonky. They simply beg for feedback way way WAY too often. This has been going on for years.To everyone at RingCentral reading this.     "Ring Central" Overall: Pretty good, customer service has been pretty good as well.Pros: The ease of teaching yourself how to use it, customer service is great as well. Highly recommend!Cons: I don't like that you can't save text messages from and to clients to save in the file when we close a file.

    "The ability to answer calls anywhere" Overall: RingCentral gives Loan Officers the ability to answer calls anywhere and speak with clients and conference in a corespondent lender or mortgage servicer.Pros: The best feature on RingCentral is the text message-like feature. Loan Officers can send automated text messages to clients informating them about their loan.     "Scoot over, ZOOM!" Pros: How we can easily connect with clients and each other. Multiple uses make it super essential.Cons: Sometimes, it does buffer and needs frequent updates.
