I met Rae at the wood field mall location and my fiance and I could not be happier with our purchase . She took her time gave honest feedback and was always open to helpIng in anyway that she could. Rogers & Hollands is a nice jewelry store that offers a variety of gems, diamond jewelry and time pieces. They also do repairs and offer trade up on diamond purchases made there. You can even custom design your own ring! I've been helped by many over the decades that I've been buying my diamonds there. Most recently I've been helped by Ricki. Me and fiancé had a great experience here thanks to John. We came to this Rogers and Hollands to trade in a ring my dad bought my mom over 30 years ago. The experience was easy and John made us feel comfortable about our purchase. We went to all the other jewelry stores in woodfield -- including Jared's outside the mall... spending about 7 hours trying to find the right ring. In the end , we chose to go to Rogers and Hollands. Lynn took care of us and I was very pleased with her customer service. We came in to purchase a ring enhancer for my engagement ring and she helped us get the best deal that she could. I had such an amazing experience with the entire staff. It's a very welcoming environment. No pushy sales people. Carol helped me. She listened to my needs, made sure I was educated on the 4 C's for diamonds, and helped us find "the one" - wedding set. Carol was patient with me. She ordered various diamonds for me so that I can see them up close and in person. I got my custom dream set put together by their in house jewler. Carol was a joy to work with. I am a younger male (26) who is looking to purchase an engagement ring. This is the first big jewelry purchase I've ever made. I went to Jarod's first and had an awful time being mistreated by the rude and demeaning sales people. I then went to this Rogers and Hollands location and had an amazing experience. Denise was incredibly friendly. Actually - the nicest group of people out of any jewelry store here. They actually give you the time of day, ask what you like or don't like, don't force other options on you. Needless to say Denise held a ring for me for 2 days (was a special one off ring that won't come back) that my wife absolutely loved.
