People beware!! The jewelers are unprofessional horribly!! The customer service is outrageous., they treat their clients like dirt! If you want to create a misery for Yourself, just buy jewelry from them , you will see what kind of store it is.. They ruined my expensive gemstone and didn’t not even blink on that, they DO NOT CARE! Buyers BEWARE!!

I came to Rogers & Hollands in Woodfield Mall (Schaumburg, IL) to have an engagement ring custom made last summer. I supplied the 14k gold from my fiancé's and my favorite hobby. I purchased a diamond from Rogers & Hollands. I then commissioned their in-store jeweler to make the ring he and I designed together. This part was great. Absolutely horrible customer service. Have left a message for district manager (Katie) due to an issue with a wedding band and have not received a call back. It has been over two weeks. Extremely disguised how this company responds to customers and handles situations. Would never recommend and would encourage others to find an establishment that has quality customer service and backs it’s jewelry.
