We had the BEST experience at this location with our sales woman, Ginger. She was unbelievably accommodating, friendly, and professional. We shopped around the entire mall for a certain piece and purchased with rogers and hollands because of the quality and experience. Thank you, Ginger! We will be back for sure!

Fair prices, great honesty and lots of variety. I like the trade up program! If you looking for nice shiny and sparkly jewelry. Don't get gouged my other guys try this place first. They also are very kind and cleaned my wife's jewelry on the spot.

Came to buy an engagement ring for my now wife and our sales person was Bushra. She is the best person to talk to. She did what ever she can to make us happy with our purchase we made that ended up being exchanged for another ring. When we spoke to other salesmen when she was busy with another customer they were telling us it couldn't get exchanged. When she came she did everything she could so that we left happy. Ok place to buy Jewerly but Bushra made it great.

Larry Lagioia and Kimmy Luettke gave me the absolute best customer service that I've received in a LONG time! I felt so welcomed and cared for by Kimmy while Larry was jumping through hoops for me the ENTIRE time I was in the store. These two are an excellent team. I just wanted to Thank John Erst the store manager at the Woodfield Store (#25) in Schaumburg Illinois.He went above and beyond to have my antique diamond set in a beautiful I already had, but when I went to other high end jewelers (CD Peaocok) which is right next to them, they said there was no way this diamond could be set in this setting. I'm writing this review much later than I said I was going to. If you see this John, sorry for the delay! I came in with my mom to pick out a ring for a special occasion coming up this summer. I can honestly say without reservation that John is an absolute pro at his job (which he's been doing a very long time). John made some sketches based on how I wanted the ring to come out, John took some of my ideas and brought his sketches to life. After a few weeks I was able to see a wax molding of the ring. We have bought several items from this store and we love the service there. They are very friendly people and very helpful. We love working with John one of the salemen. He is extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to. I would definitely recommend going to this store if you are looking for jewelry.

Great experience here. Originally bought rings 10 years ago and upgraded about 2 years ago. This time we went in for a maintenance inspection and they fixed a loose stone with no issue and got the rings back looking like new! Ask for Ilsa, she was amazingly friendly and helpful.
