Myself and fiancé had stopped at the Woodfield store to purchase/look at a future ring for myself and future hubby. I was approached by a female Filippa a sales associate. At first the way she conducted herself we thought she was the store manager. Was very pleasant knowledgeable and deft not pushy for a sale. Was more into our future wedding etc. Its people like this that make you want to come back. We will be coming back to see her In a few weeks. If you are coming to this store deff see her. She was great!! Kudos..

John was great! He helped my fiancé and I pick out our wedding bands and they cleaned my engagement ring twice for free! John was very helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

John was fantastic, he was patient while my fiance ask various questions. He was honest with us. He didn't try to upsell. Definitely going back to buy the wedding rings and future jewelry purchases.

I went in with my fiancé to look at some wedding bands, had no idea what to look for because my ring is a bit different, Dary and Kay were extremely helpful with finding perfect matches for my ring and a band that would go well with my ring for my fiancé, they were so polite and funny and just made the experience very comfortable and not stressful at all! I will definitely be back to them for all my future purchases

I recently purchased a Diamond Bangle and I'm not sure if I got a great deal, but I did get GREAT customer service from Bushra K! She was very patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel as if I had been her VIP customer for years, but it was our first time ever working together. I even hugged her after my purchase and stopped by to say Hi the next day on an unrelated trip back to the mall. I highly recommend her if you're in the market for jewelry. Best place to go if you want jewelry. I been everywhere from the big name places to local and I feel like all those other places want to do is make you buy more more more and not listen to why your actually in there to begin with. R&H and the staff have been too notch for several years. Prices and selection is A+
