John was great! He helped my fiancé and I pick out our wedding bands and they cleaned my engagement ring twice for free! John was very helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

John was fantastic, he was patient while my fiance ask various questions. He was honest with us. He didn't try to upsell. Definitely going back to buy the wedding rings and future jewelry purchases.

I went in with my fiancé to look at some wedding bands, had no idea what to look for because my ring is a bit different, Dary and Kay were extremely helpful with finding perfect matches for my ring and a band that would go well with my ring for my fiancé, they were so polite and funny and just made the experience very comfortable and not stressful at all! I will definitely be back to them for all my future purchases

I had a great experience with Bushra Khamis! She was a big help picking out the perfect cross for my daughter's baptism. She was so friendly and knowledgeable.
I recently purchased a Diamond Bangle and I'm not sure if I got a great deal, but I did get GREAT customer service from Bushra K! She was very patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel as if I had been her VIP customer for years, but it was our first time ever working together. Best place to go if you want jewelry. I been everywhere from the big name places to local and I feel like all those other places want to do is make you buy more more more and not listen to why your actually in there to begin with. R&H and the staff have been too notch for several years. Prices and selection is A+

After explaining my budget and the style of ring I was looking for as a gift for my girlfriend, the friendly staff member seemed very knowledgable and knew exactly where to look. I found the perfect ring, and was being rung up by the manager but I needed it to be resized which costs extra. I didn't have the extra money to pay for warranty at the time (which includes lifetime resizing).
