I visited Rogers & Holland's recently to upgrade the center stone in my engagement ring. Stephanie was nothing short of magical! It was a very busy day in the store and I had to wait while she finished with another customer. Rogers & Hollands is the best jewelry store around. My family has been customers for many years and there's just no beating the quality and prices. I stopped in today with my mother to get a retirement present for a family friend and right away Lynn was attentive and helpful. We explained what we were looking for and the budget we had and she found us a gorgeous earring and necklace set under our budget. We were searching for ideas to update our wedding bands. Judy was absolutely amazing, she picked out pieces that we instantly fell in love with, was not pushy for a sale but provided us with all of the information about the rings we liked to compare at other jewelers and provided us with her cell phone number to contact with any question. Best quality and customer service in the jewelry game hands down!!! My man Josh (current manager) always holds it down whenever I need anything. Always punctual, professional and most importantly, always has the best prices! I don't go to any other jewelry store in Indiana! Custom pieces, great items on the shelf, and flat out phenomenal customer service - Roger & Holland's holds an amazing and polite staff.

I highly recommend and rave about the jeweler at this location Chris Alonso. He is simply a master and this company is beyond lucky to have a jeweler of his high caliber talents. Chris provides honest and sincere customer service. He is always willing to help and can customize your vision. His talents to customize pieces are unlike any other!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate Patricia, from the Harlem and Irving Plaza location. She was wonderful throughout the entire process of purchasing my engagement ring! She really went above and beyond for my (now) fiancé and I. She truly is great at what she does and really cares about others! The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be shopping there again!

I recently purchased a gold pendent with diamonds and a gold chain from the store working with Miguel López. Miguel spent a good 3 hours with me between looking at jewelry and purchasing. He is so nice, knowledgeable and truly cares that you not only get what you love, but you also get the best price! Myself and fiancé had stopped at the Woodfield store to purchase/look at a future ring for myself and future hubby. I was approached by a female Filippa a sales associate. At first the way she conducted herself we thought she was the store manager. Was very pleasant knowledgeable and deft not pushy for a sale. Was more into our future wedding etc. Its people like this that make you want to come back. We will be coming back to see her In a few weeks. If you are coming to this store deff see her. She was great!! Kudos..
