After purchasing all of our engagement, wedding and anniversary rings from this store, we were told if we have them checked every six months that loose or lost stones would be replaced, free of charge. In August I notice 2 of my baguettes were missing from my wrap, I had no issues having them replaced at the Woodfield Mall store, at no charge.
