My husband, well fiance at the time, bought my wedding ring at Rogers & Hollands in Schaumburg and the salesperson we worked with was such a gem. He was the first person we went to see, we were nervous and excited and he really took the time to walk us through the process. We left and went to about 6 other jewelry stores that day just to come back to him. We got us all settled and he even gave us a discount. Thank you!

Ivette, Steven and Eric were a great pleasure working with! Very accommodating and understanding staff, great people. Mark the store manager is so personable! The staff helped us with my fiance's engagement ring, we needed it repaired under short notice of it being a week before our wedding. They instantly gave us the best solution and took our worries off our plate. Couldn't thank them enough!

Went in to purchase a gold chain and was helped by a women named Bushra. She was extremely helpfully and was super sweet. If you are looking for any type of jewelry, be sure to have her help you.

My husband and I have gone into this store time and time again. Brad remembers us every time we stop by. We've purchased a few items from this location. We've always been treated with the utmost respect from all the staff. I think we'd have to agree that Brad is our favorite. I am not a kind of person to write a review, but I have to write about my experience. Actually, My husband and I visited there 2 1/2 years ago for our wedding bands. We came back for cleaning few days ago and we met Ilsa, who helped us to pick wedding bands, again. She was still nice and have smiley face and welcomed us. When my friend and I went in to look for an engagement ring for his girlfriend i was expecting the response i usually get from jewelers like Kay, Jared etc. you know that look of "you're coming in here dressed like that? You aren't good enough to be here" and the snide comments. Thank God for Ilsa and Rogers & Holland's! I had just gone to Jared's cause that's where my engagement ring is from (my wedding band is from Roger & Holland's though). Every 6 months I'm supposed to take it in to get it inspected and cleaned, but I felt like they didn't actually do anything so I went to R&H for a second opinion. My son and I were looking for a nice pair of diamond studs that were glitzy, yet reasonable. After stopping in to browse, we were greeted by Bushra. I was very pleased with Bushra's service as she was soft spoken and had patiences with my indecisive son. She definitely made his buying experience memorable as she got to know him and his likes. We were able to find the perfect pair of studs and we will definitely be visiting Bushra again, soon!

My fiancé recently purchased our engagement ring here, as well as a Valentine's Day gift, and we felt both purchases were very fairly priced. After working with Ilsa and one of the managers during our various visits, they built a positive relationship with us that will keep us coming back.
