Tonight while looking to make my 15 year anniversary even more special, we revisited the Rogers and Holland at Woodfield mall looking to upgrade my wifes wedding ring. The service there is always good, tonight it was over the top great!! I upgraded my wife's ring and the team there did an amazing job of making the moment perfect for my wife and I. Great customer service and Scotty made the shopping experience great quick and painless!
Scott was a fantastic help to my friend whom needed her ring re-sized. Helped find her lost warranty, and also explained exactly what the repairs would do! Made a few extra notes on the ring in question to ensure everything came back good as new!
The staff was great Scott was a great help. I came into the store 5 min before close to just look at the Watches they had. I had one that I have been thinking about for some time. The management and their staff are amazing! We went to a lot of jewelry stores looking for wedding bands and bridal jewelry. They were the best. Their selection was great. They definitely do their best to accommodate to your budget. They also had the best warranty plan and best customer service!!
I had found a engagement ring I really loved; however, there were a few adjustments I was hoping could be made before purchasing. John was very helpful with getting those adjustments made also taking into account our budget. Whenever I stop in to get my ring cleaned John and the staff are always very welcoming. Thanks again! 11/10 Update: Every time I go into the store for my ring cleaning, Elsa and John remember me and are so accommodating! I always enjoy stopping by.
I had Izabela help me there. She helped me find the perfect engagement ring and I couldn't be happier. She was extremely friendly and it was great service! I will definitely come back in the future.
IZABELA made this shopping experience one of the best in any retailer. I'm in sales myself, but she made it more then selling me a ring to propose to my partner :) she put herself in my shoes with my budget and getting the ring I loved on my partners finger. For some reason, this did not post last year in Oct. They finally pulled thru and fixed my ring and my warranty. Took a long time, but it is fixed.
