I was looking for a pediatrician for my 1,2, and 3 year old children, and was pretty nervous after reading reviews. I got a recommendation for Megan from my Lactation Consultant, and went ahead and booked a wellness check for my oldest. Yeah, the phone call waiting to schedule an appointment, took a while, but the woman I did get to speak to was very helpful and efficient. This is my favorite pediatric office! We take all 3 of our children here and it is fantastic. The walls are theme painted, providing a great distraction for children. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They make the dreaded experience actually fun! Highly recommend!!

We have had the same pediatrician downtown sacramento for about 16 years. But when our insurance changed, we lost her and started looking for a new one. I am very very picky and do a lot of research for whoever is going to be around my 4 kids (plus I have worked in the medical field for 13 plus years so I know what to look for) Let me tell you when i read these reviews I almost dismissed this office entirely BUT I decided to call and schedule just to see for myself and Im very very very glad I did!!! lady at the front desk is not rude, she always greets me when I walk in. She knows her patients and always has their paperwork ready for all patients. I have seen patients coming in upset with her because they think she's the one they spoke to on the phone when it wasn't her. So they get upset when they have to explain to her what's going on, but through it all she stays calm and tries her best to help everyone. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because the nurses we see are absolutely wonderful! You can tell they are good with children and are very nice. They answer all the questions needed. The only reason I wanted to leave a review is because of one specific front desk lady. Every single time we come in, I remember why I hate coming. You see her pissed off face right when you open the front door. And just like the other reviews say, never a hello or smile towards my children or other people who walk in. We bring all three of our children to Roseville Pediatric Group and have been very happy with the care we receive. All three of my kids have special needs and each of our children get the personalized care they need. We see the nurse practitioner most visits and she's fabulous. This place has the most amazing children's pediatric care!! Megan, Christina, and Sam are the most kind loving and caring woman I have ever met! From the day I met them with my son after he was born they have helped me in every way they are so patient and understanding any time I need help or I don't understand something they take the time to explain it to me
Love this office. My son has been there a few times but today was my daughters first visit. Every time everyone from the front office staff to the clinical assistants and the doctors are awesome!!! Thanks again to the entire staff! You all rock!!!
