My son has been going here for about 5 years and I finally have had enough.. this is the worst pediatricians office to make appointments, when I call I either cant get through or on hold 20 mins plus.. and after my son going here MULTIPLE times with my boyfriend and other family memeber they just informed me just now you need a from for authorization to do so and denied my mom service with him because there fax machine was down and even though I signed the fom and tried to send it via fax nad through cell phone they were rud... read more

NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I do not know the doctor's name but I will update this review once I know. I took my son here, 1 1/2 years old he had been sick for about a week (we called Monday couldnt get in until Friday) the doctor dismissed us with "he has a cold" 8 hours later I take him to the ER and he has pneumonia and a double ear infection?!!! dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boys recently started going to this office when we moved to Roseville. WORST OFFICE EVER! Do not go here. They've never been able to get my kids in same day and my oldest ended up with bacterial pneumonia and was hospitalized for 4 days. My youngest son is 2 months old and every time we have tried to get him an appointment it's always been a problem and they can never give me all the information that I need. It also feels dirty. My review pretty much goes right along with what everyone else has said. The staff answering phones are snarky, dismissive, and so unbelievably rude. This one woman in particular just blew me away. I've never wanted to reach through the phone and hit someone so much in my entire life. You can forget it if you're looking for a same day appointment for ANYTHING. Doesn't matter what symptoms your child has, you're better off taking them to an urgent care facility.

Dirty place, rude, unprofessional, awful stuff members. Never able to schedule you in the same day even if your kid has a fever. Kick the ball to other places/docs and lazy stuff members and horrible medical group. Never gave you the services or treatment your child need. They will find whatever they can to provide the worst and least services possible. Collecting money from Insurance is all they care about. Where do I begin? I went through my insurance website to find a good pediatrician for my kids, according to the website the doctors had high accolades and awards... good, right? I did not like how the doctor talked at my son. I went in for that appointment and the receptionist at the front desk, both time I went, just plain rude! Great doctors and staff, but when you have an emergency - your children are SOL. They never have same day appointments available and every parent knows that you can't plan when your kid gets sick and going to a clinic or the ER on top of dealing with the stress and worry that comes when your child is sick, really sucks. I wish they were staffed to handle same-day appointments, this is when parents are desperate to see their child's own doctor.

My baby's doctor was great! The office staff, on the other hand, was not great, to say the least. They were difficult to work with. For example, after weeks of conversing with the office staff to correct an error they made in a medical request for insurance coverage, I asked to speak with the office manager. After my message was taken, I asked the staff member when I should expect a call back. Her response was that she didn't know because the officer manager was on maternity leave. This is probably my 8th visit with my daughter, and I've never had a single visit where I was in within the hour of my appointment time. I always wait a minimum of an hour just to get back to the room, not including actually being seen. On top of that, the front receptionist team are so rude, disrespectful, and seem like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. Please change your staffing or you will loose me as well as other clients I'm sure. I'm about 1 more hour wait away from leaving this practice.
