Today was my first appointment with my second child. The appointment was scheduled really fast with no extra questions. Every experience at this office has been a pleasant one, the atmosphere is really friendly, and the front desk (Galina) was always ready to help with a smile. The call back time is really quick, I was actually surprised at how quick. Overall, I recommend this place, the doctors, front desk, and even the med students are very friendly and know what they are doing.

We have been taking our children there for 9 years. Yes there are busy but I always manage to get my kids in when they are ill. The doctors know their stuff and really care. Luckily never seen the nurse practitioner as I always request the doctor. I like the new office too. Very clean

I have been taking my children here for three years. I love doctor kelsi kok she is super relatable and energetic and I feel safe having her examine my children who have heart conditions. I feel like they accommodate with what's best for the child and parents.

Wow on the reviews. We have been patients here forever. We switched from a horrible pediatric office in gold river to this and whenever it comes about to where my insurance might switch i always call and ask if they take this certain insurance. Granted the office staff is not to par but Dr.Avala is absolutely amazing. She has never over medicated my kids or anything. Whenever i don't see her i know i can call and leave a message strictly for Dr. Avala since she knows my kids so well and she has always gotten back to me. She ... read more

Been taking my kids here and they are undoubtedly the best doctors you can find in roseville. Excellent knowledge, personable and you are able to get a same day appointment.

This is not the place to take your child. Filthy dirty! They never answer their phones and the staff are completely rude and no help whatsoever! Just because its for low income, doesn't justify this type of doctors office.

We absolutely love Dr. Del Mar, which makes this review difficult to write. We were with him for years when he was at Rainbow Children's Clinic, and that office and staff were phenomenal. They were kind, responsive, helpful, and always made us feel like our children and their care mattered. Unfortunately, since his move to this office, our experience has been the complete opposite. We have been going to Dr. Del Mar for over 13 years. We have loved his office and his staff at Rainbow Children's Clinic. If I ever called the office someone would answer or return my call within the day. It has been an absolute disaster now that he has moved to Roseville Pediatric Medical Group. I have tried getting someone to answer the phone for the last three days. I have called each day and have waited up to 20 minutes and no one picks up the phone. Literally, no one. Waste of time. First red flag is they hold on to your Driver License until after your appointment. Why? just make a copy of it and give it back, as any other Dr. office. Second, the amount of forms you need to fill out as a new patient is something I've never seen before. New patient forms are expected, but this many forms is insane, if you're coming alone with your kiddo make sure to bring some distractions because it will take you 20+mins to fill it all out.
