Staff is NOT personable at all, the Dr's are good, thats if you have a chance even meet with them because you have to go through a Nurse Practitioner first, if she can diagnose you , YOU WILL NOT SEE A DOCTOR! So you're setting an appt to meet with a "Nurse" Practitioner not a Doctor. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! If your child poops or wet his/her diaper and need to change him.... I have to say this is the most unorganized facility I've ever experienced in all the years I've been taking my kids to the doctor ! I've taken my daughter to see Dr. Avala, most of the time it seems to be interns or people that are trying to act professional... 1 guy came in with his shirt soaked of sweat...really? The office told me that my daughter was due for immunizations gave her the shot, then came back in and said oops we double immunized her, I guess looking at the charts is too much work for Dr Avila. DO NOT go here. The office staff barely speaks English, everyone has a horrible attitude and Dr.Avala is a freaking joke.

I used to like coming here but the last visit was horrible. I took my child in because of a super clogged nose and bad cough and a very high temp. The doctor came in and only spent 30 seconds (seriously) with us just to be told oh give Gatorade and Pedia lite. It's just a case of the terrible two's. I left unsatisfied so next day go to med 7 to be told my child has pneumonia. Thank god for them. My child got the meds that were needed. They actually spend 20 mins. with us. I never chose this Dr to see my newborn daughter, he was assigned to us. We spent a lot of time waiting around for him in the hospital, then his incompetent office staff failed to bill my insurance. As if these are issues new parents need to deal with on top of everything else. We're switching to Kaiser and this is one of the huge issues why. I tried speaking to the staff on the phone, having worked in a medical office before I understand fully how to bill insurance. Months later I still get a bill. Absurd. I have plenty of... read more

I'm going to have to agree with Andrew N. based on the service of this facility. I never have been given suggestions of procedures to perform on my children before, that we're not necessary. I guess there's a first time for everything. Not only do they suggest non-necessary procedures but what happened to billing insurance companies??? No Roseville Pediatrics would rather have you pay cash upfront then expect you to gain reimbursement from your own insurance company. Ummmm a little shady????? Problobly. So it took 2 years to get a response from these guys...sounds about right. I also received a private message from them telling me to "kindly" remove my review or he would flag my comments and have YELP cancel my membership. (That sounds threatening, not kind). I will take back one thing though...When I said the "Doctors" cost me me hundreds of dollars, I should have said the doctors staff.
