The reviews say it all. This place is absolutely disgusting. Staff is Terrible, no one seems happy to be there; no greetings to my child from the girls up front or any child I've seen go in. My child has gotten sick each time he's left here. The scale for infants is unsanitary the blinds are dusty, everything about this place screams run away. Don't bring your kids here.

Roseville Pediatrics Medical Group is a joke of a pediatric medical office. They are clearly woefully understaffed, and the staff present barely does their job. When you call you are likely to not have your call answered. If it is answered then you'll get placed on hold for extended times. The referral department is actually just the receptionist, so you reach the same person regardless of which option you press. Voicemails are not returned, ever. Worst Doctors Office EVER! Call healthcare options and switch to Kieser down the street! Office staff is rude and makes things difficult, constantly dropping appointments without notification, if 1 minute late (even if in line) they drop your appointment. One time I forgot my mask in my car and asked if they could give me one Office clerk said they don't provide one... so I went to my car got found a mask and came back in all within 5/8 minutes. My 2 year old son has gotten sick both times after visiting this office, the floors are disgusting and this place is completely unsanitary. Toddlers are obviously going to want to touch everything, but while there my wife and I were diligently sanitizing his hands, and he still got sick again. WARNING!! These people have zero idea what the Hippocratic Oath means. Our family got sick from the COVID virus and I sent my daughter's PCP, Megan Thomas, a message to let her know and ask for a bloodtest. She refused. In addition, she didn't call nor sent a follow-up message to check how my daughter was doing? NEVER! There’s always 2 sides to a story and this issue isn’t any different. While we respect anyone’s (including parents) refusal to obtain vaccinations we will not break both federal and state law issuing fraudulent medical exemptions. Further, and more importantly, parents insisted on obtaining invasive tests that were also not approved by their health-plan, DHCS, and the CDC (not just our opinion). OVER VACCINATED my child without letting me know. Administered extra doses that exceed CDC recommendation! The absolute worst experience every time! No basic sanitation in between patients. Not a kid or parent friendly place. Staff is rude. Avoid at all cost.

Completely false and untrue. We take vaccinations and sterile clinical conditions very seriously. Administration of additional/wrong vaccines are reported to both DHCS and to the guardian(s). This is documented and adhered to strictly. It’s the law. No such occurrence has been documented at Roseville Pediatrics in the last 12 months. I’m asking this reviewer, publicly, to identify themselves so this claim can be validated or deemed fraudulent.
If I could rate this place a 0, trust me I would. Back in December, I fainted and went to this dr which was my primary care at the time. At the time I fainted, I was 18 years old, they didn't say anything about my age at this point. I'm coming in frequently for check ups, or for an extension on my dr note. After some time, I come in with a back issue. To which the Dr. tells me I have scoliosis, shouldn't they've checked my back frequently? I can't work because of the extent of the pain I'm in. Pediatricians are primary care physicians for infants, children and adolescents. We are mandated to care and restricted to children under 18. While we empathize with this patients plight, her healthplan is very restrictive and regulates who is the provider and who can render care, including authorizing and signing federal or state documents.
They had me bring my daughter in after I told them every symptom she was having. Paid for a baby sitter so I could bring her. Then they refuse to see her with her symptoms even though I just received a negative covid test and showed them. Don't waste your time. Then they threaten to call the police on me for arguing.
Nobody who works here should be in the medical field. OR work with people. The absolute worst. You will wait on the phone in the waiting room in the exam you for hours. Actual hours. They over book and understaff (and hire people unqualified for their jobs) This place should be shut down. If you child is ANYTHING but 100% healthy you will be putting them at RISK to bring them here.
