Every time when you call them not even start say hi, they will ask you to HOLD the call for at least 5 min. Poor customer service

Staff here is extremely rude and dismissive, especially medical assistant/receptionist KARLA CALIXTO! Watch out for her!! If you want quality care for your children, this isn't the place. If you want to be treated like shit, this ISSSSSS the place! Genuinely don't know how this office is still open.

This place is ridiculous. Don't challenge them or have a backbone for your child health, otherwise they call your insurance and report as "inappropriate behavior"

I spoke with a couple 'managers' so I'm sure my number is there. It seems to me that if you truly want to know more than that would be the best thing to call me. I'm a mom to a child with special needs so I have a strong backbone and know I have to always fight for her. This experience really upset me. This doctors office is honestly the worst. They never call you back, you can never get in when your kid is sick. But also they don't follow up on referrals, we started a referral with this office on April 9th today I called and check on it 5 weeks later and was told waiting on insurance now in July they don't know what's going on with the referral and won't even call insurance to find out. We can NEVER get an appt same day or even next day for that matter. We have been promised a call back for this specific problem our little guy is having and have call 4 TIMES without a call back. This place is absolute trash. I've been with this group for 5 years and the ONLY reason we have stayed is we hardly ever are sick (so the priority of changing hasn't been top on our list--is now though!) and also because of the convenient local (not convenient if you can't be seen!). Front lady desk needs to find something else to do with her life if she don't like her job. She was speaking rudely to a man before me and then she was being rude when I was leaving and kept calling my child the opposite sex when she specifically was looking at the chart . It was really disturbing. No one is being rude but her . I don't remember her name she had black valentine nails . she was there today front desk Tuesday the 16th she was still there around 2:00 pm also remembe

My wife and I went here for our sons first appointment after he was born. This was hands down the worst office we have ever been to. The facility was very dirty and the person at the front desk was rude. The doctor didn't even come in our room, instead we had a nurse who forgot to schedule follow ups to discuss circumcision, which for a young boy is important as it is very time sensitive. We switched to mercy medical and are much happier.

I would give this place a 0 if I could just because of the front desk people. Super rude and unprofessional. Instead of greeting the patients they just talk to each other or don't pay attention to you. I was 10 minutes late because I have a newborn and when I came to check in the receptionist didn't say hi or anything she had an attitude saying if I was 15 minutes late they wouldn't accept my baby.
