The one star is because the front desk lady shes is so rude to everyone. The doctors need to do something about it. Last time she said that my wife use profanity against her when my wife never said anything and that she had wildnesses and we were the only ones in the Doctors office. My 3 month old baby had fevers and she dint wanna help us for the doctor see the baby. She call the doctor just to tell her that my wife said bad words to her when we never ever said. Anything.
What a huge disappointment to the medical community. The group of doctors there are a joke. Not sure why they chose pediatrics as they are uncaring and completely unconcerned about your child's wellbeing. My daughter was suffering from a serious medical condition for several months that kept her from doing almost everything. We were in multiple times hoping to have the doctors find what was the cause. This site has been problems from the beginning! We waited for almost two hours for my daughters wellness appointment and then had to reschedule it, because it was going to be another half hour before we even were taken back. Then my daughters paperwork for Special Olympics has taken over 2 months and they still do not have it completed. This Dr. does not even see his own patients or know who they are. Horrible customer service. They never get back to you when you need something. The wait is ridiculous. Every appointment I was there for 2+ hours just waiting. Glad to actually now have found a drs office that cares about its patients.
Not the best, overcrowding every time I've ever had to bring in my child! If your appointment is at 10:00 you will not be seen until 11:45! Because the Medical assistants and front desk are clearly illiterate and double book their providers! There is NO reason 1 a waiting room should be packed! And 2 to over book a provider! This is about cash capital and not the health of your child. It is absolutely ridiculous... you should never have to wait more than 20 mins past your appointment time. Poor customer service! My son had made an appointment 6 months ago for his daughter to get her last shots. He went in and had a letter of eligibility to show to the office staff and even after a phone call with California health & wellness verifying it aloud with the office and my son, she wasn't able to get her shots. Not the first time he's had issues there - not sure what the problem is, but not impressed at all with the office staff he's been in contact with.
Again we wait. It's been almost an hour. Waiting room is full but we haven't been seen. We got here early for our appt. We are new to this office so this is only the second appt we've had. We've had to wait both times. I'll keep you posted...
Worst worst seriously this office is by far they are rude and they pass up your chart have been here three times the first time it's ok because you have to do the new patient paperwork but the second time I waited 3 hours for a simple check up and two shots this is not ok.. I am my grad daughters legal guardian Medi Cal is the only option I have for her for insurance my insurance will not Insure her under my policy.The women working as the receptionist was extremely rude I didn't get her name she had a eastern European accent.We recently move to Rocklin from the bayarea.
