My son is 27 months old, and we see Ashley who is the Nurse Practitioner since my son was born. We love her so much, she's always very patient and super nice. Last Friday , we went to see Ashley again for my son's regular checkup and vaccinations. We met the medical assistant , Samantha. Really appreciate the staff here. Dr. Khaira, NP Ashley & Michelle are saints. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any of your concerns with your child/children. Highly recommend this facility.
Dr a Avala is fantastic . However this clinic has a tendency to book you with whoever happens to be available instead of your assigned dr...even after you request that your child only see their dr. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal to me, but it doesn't seem like the other people ever review patient charts before coming into the room (aside for the reason of that days visit). Dr Avala is fantastic. Has always been wonderful since the kids were born and I have never had trouble getting the kids in when they are really sick
Dr Avala is great, she is respectful of my choices as a parent when I do my wellness checks. She won't do anything I'm not comfortable with. And she is always pleasant. I only gave 4 stars though because if I needed an appointment if my kid was sick I could never get in I always had to go to the ER since I can't find an urgent care that takes pediatric patients.
I have had a great experience every time. 2 of my children go to dr Avala and the other 2 (older) I wish I would have sent there.
Seriously idk where these bad stars are coming from! I'm a tough critic when it comes to my sons healthcare. We're alternative and I'm protective. This place got us in and treated us so great. I can't even believe it. My son got to nap with the lights low in a room while we waited and the NP Jean Alarcon was amazing. Kalisha the student somehow got my sick and in and out of pain son to do the initial checks and he was totally comfortable with everyone which rarely happens. Thank you thank you!!

I love the doctors and the staff!!! I am only giving 3 stars though because I literally can NEVER get an emergency appointment for my kids when they get sick. It is very frustrating that I cannot get into my own doctors office and have to take them to med 7 or the ER. Both my kids have come here since birth and I love our doctor however if they can never be seen when they need it what is the point. It's like they don't leave any emergency appointments available. Only scheduled appointments and hope someone cancels.
The doctors are wonderful, and that's the only reason I'm giving three stars. The front desk staff is HORRIBLE!
