The absolute worst pediatrics facility ever!!!! The staff are extremely rude! The staff and doctors do not care about providing compassionate, quality care. Most recently, I was accused of having 2 no shows and one of them during the time my dad passed away. He was extremely sick from September through December of last year and I never would have made an appointment at that time. This place is RIDICULOUS! First off you call and get put on hold for 20 mins! You get put on hold so long it hangs up you call back they put you back on hold! I have been in the lobby and watched the lady at the front desk put someone on hold and just joke around with the staff! You wait 30 mins over appointment time and another 20 in the room! Infact im on hold now and still waiting. I will be calling whoever is in charge here! Not once has my kid seen the doctor provided on his medical card its whoever is there!
This place is absolutely horrible! I brought my kids here for years but I cannot do it anymore. I will easily sit on hold 30 minutes to make an appointment. Then we sit forever in the waiting room, then we sit forever in the room once we get in there. They are unorganized. They are sometimes rude and act like they are in a rush. Horrible customer service. Put me on hold 3 times for over 10 min each. And all I wanted to do was reschedule
If you never want to get through to their staff. If you like long phone waits and no close appts. then this place is fine. If your child gets sick you will be taking them to Urgent care because they won't be able to accommodate your needs. They open at 8am, unlock the doors at 8am but want you there 15 minutes early and they won't take you back at 8am, your appt. time.
Worse service ever!!!! They never cared about getting my daughter medication covered through insurance. They wrote her medication wrong so many times and they never call back ever!!! They are the worst place ever. Update: they cancelled services for my daughter and said that I harassed there staff which is a crock of shit!! But today they called me three times to tell me that she has a doctors appointment coming up. People stay away from this office!!
This place is a joke . They leave you on hold for 30 minutes and never come back to the line . It's frustrating when all your just trying to get your baby's vaccines . So unprofessional .
PARENTS - CAUTION -DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This group should not be in operation! 1) You can't even reach someone without being on hold for at least 15-20 minutes. Yesterday I was on hold for 40 minutes and just hung up. They continually put you back on hold and never pick up. 2) They never have any sick appointments. They will just recommend that you go to urgent care or ER. This is exactly what we want to avoid to risk exposure to other illnesses. I've been on hold with them for 15 minutes... and counting. This still isnt a long wait time by their standards. When you get an appt you will be in their (VERY BORING) waiting room. They have a tv and choose to play a 15 minute promo on repeat instead of kids shows or just ANYTHING else. Very plan reception area and rude front desk staff especially the receptionist.
