Once again after filing multiple complaints and sending multiple emails with pictures over multiple weeks the Rumpke driver blocked my driveway with the empty can so I could not pull into or out of my driveway without getting out and moving the can. Absolutely unacceptable and rude. Rumpke always responds to the google review stating their concern, but in reality, they do nothing to fix the problem. Horrible service with one great exception this winter; otherwise, I am repeatedly calling them regarding items left on the curve even after scheduling a Large pickup with a Rumpke Representative and following their instructions.😯🤔Just bad service. I see why their rating is 3.8 instead of 5.0. Telephone Customer service is good, But the physical pickup 🗑 trash service is horrible! Disgusted Customer.

Good luck with a dumpster and getting it picked up. They will forget for weeks and tell you to bad when they don’t pick it up that you will have to pay extra to come back out or wait until the next week. I have been waiting 5 weeks because they never came the 12-27th or 12-28th a day late then our following week 1-10 it was because the snow and today 1-17 it’s not our original week. Been waiting 5 weeks since our last pick up on 12-13-24. They have done this before several times and keeps telling us to wait… what do I do wit... read more

Do not approach any rumpke employee at the truck. You run the risk of being verbally assulted by a bluehairtatooedspikeface person who might be an animal. Not many humans act that way so im not sure. Also the definition of large item for this company is not consistent with the dictionary definition of large. A matress is large. A couch is large. 7 chairs you can pick up with one hand is not large. Bag everything only 6 allowed as common sense and good customer service are not part of what Rumpke offers with their overpriced... read more

Rumpke has extremely horrible business practices. Before you sign a contract with this company, make sure you read the fine print. 3-Year contracts and it will automatically renew for another 3 years if you do not send a certified letter in the mail 60 days prior to your contract ending. They will raise your fees without telling you and without warning. They will chalk it up to " everyone had their fees raised" Even if they double your price, you can't cancel your contract. BEWARE!
