Been loyal customers for 8 years. Always pay our bill. For the last month, when they pick up ours and our fellow neighbor's trash, after they empty the dumpsters, instead of setting them back up on the curb they leave them in the street against the curb. They randomly don't pick up your garbage. Have to call and have them come back out often. They are rude and hard to work with.

Best advice I can give to anybody about this company, is that if you ever need a trash bin be sure to order it from Home Depot or Lowe's and get a Toter trash bin. Rumpke offers zero warranty on their cans and Toter has a 10 year warranty. When Rumpke destroys your cans like they always manage to do, Toter replaces them for free and Rumpke does not. Learned this lesson the hard way after Rumpke had already destroyed 3 of my cans in a short period of time. Rumpkes customer service was non existent.

We have been Rumpke customers for many years, we auto pay monthly. Today is February 22, 2025 and we have not had our trash and recycling picked up since February 5th. I have called Rumpke 6xs and keep being told they will be out in the next 24-48 hours. Not true. The last call, 2/20, I escalated and asked for a supervisor, (I am not a Karen) and was told someone would call me back. No one has called. I have no room in my cans and no response from Rumpke. They broke my toter trash can to where it is not usable and will not replace it, instead they want me to rent one for $3 a month. They threw the lid inside the can and left it. They park left of center when pucking up trash so cars cant get around them or if you can get around them you are partially off the road. Screw you rumpke!

Rumpke bought the prior waste service company I used, and now my dumpster service has been skipped several times by Rumpke. When I called their customer service, and I was told that it is my responsibility to call Rumpke when my service was missed! No joking, plus, Rumpke increased their service price but missed their service! Further more, people in their customer service department were awful!.

They had a driver behaving very strangely and when I called to request that somebody maybe just check on the guy, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. Could not have cared less. Didn't even want to know who, when, where, or anything. Wasn't even trying to get anybody in trouble, the guy really needed to just be checked on. Maybe he was new and needed help. They won't help you with anything and they behave like they can do anything they want when they're in those trucks. Terrible company. This was in Greenup County, KY.

Terrible experience!! Missed pick up 5 weeks in a row. I called 4 different times and have been told each time that pick up would be done next day and I would get a call back from a supervisor to make things right and let me know what's going on. Still no callbacks and trash hasn't been picked up. And the bill they sent me this week for my next payment had a price increase!? So they want to charge me more for services that they aren't even providing. I will be cancelling asap

Terrible service! My trash rarely gets picked up. I have to call every week and some times they come get it, but most times they don't show up. If they weren't contracted by the city to do the job, I would definitely switch to another company.
