I would give 0 stars if I could. I have called so many times requesting them to come out and pick up the trash for our cul-de-sac so many times now that I know people by name. Worst service ever.
Missed service. Drove right on by. 8 times so far this year. it takes 24-48 hours for a return pick up. I'm sorry that's 24 to 48 business hours. Call to complain lol what a joke. Have a great day I've said what I wanted.
terrible. these guys suck. if you're gonna monopolize the trash game at least have some dignity. every week I have 1-3 trash bags left in my bin. my bin started out clean. it is now a filthy mess. phuck this company to hell and back.
We went 5 weeks without service, January/February. Spent $150 for someone to plow driveway and they still didn't come out. Called to complain and they said they don't offer discounts. So I guess I have to pay money for service not rendered? 2023 I was paying $126 a month for dumpster rental. Now I am paying $180 a month. Why is it when gas prices go up so does my bill? But when gas prices go down, my bill doesn't. I looked at the reviews, and it's pretty low. I'm not shocked.
I would give them a 0 if I could. Miss trash pick up, won't come back after telling you the will. They give you fake promises. 0.0. Going to cancel my commercial account with them as well
They used to pick up every week, but in the past few weeks, they've left our trash 3 times. One time it was the recycle bin and twice the regular trash. We called customer service every time; we got about a $2.00 credit for the missed recycle bin, but were just given excuses about the other 2 times. I feel like we're paying for service that we're not getting. The property that I work for use Rumpke waste and recycling services. For 3 weeks now Rumpke has been neglecting us. We have not had our dumpsters dump in over 3 weeks now. It's ridiculous. Yes we are down a hlll, yes there was snow on the ground which is now gone by the way and has been for over 4 days now. They keep giving me the run around. Meanwhile there is trash everywhere. Ridiculous!!
They don't always pick up and will tell you they are coming back to pick up your trash but do not. After 4 days and 5 phone calls I was told they would be out within 24 to 48 hours did not show up and said they would credit my account a whole $ 6.00. we have been usin Rumpke for over 20 years and now looking for a new trash service.
Been loyal customers for 8 years. Always pay our bill. For the last month, when they pick up ours and our fellow neighbor's trash, after they empty the dumpsters, instead of setting them back up on the curb they leave them in the street against the curb.
