I had a great experience with Jeff P who stopped by last week on Wed to install my sail internet antenna on the rear side of my chimney. Jeff arrived early and patiently answered all my questions. Thanks to Jeff, the installation was top-notch! For the ISP cutover, I just had to swap in the ethernet cable from the Sail antenna into my existing Ubiquiti equipment and I was up and running in no time. I did not get the erro mesh routers as I had no need for them and prefer using my existing network setup. So far spee... read more
Having had issues with xfinity several times per week and consistently being transferred to their VIP Retention Specialists (closers), I decided to call around to local based ISP's. I just got off the phone with Victor and while I found out that they don't currently serve my area, I couldn't be happier with the interaction. It took me less than 2 minutes to get someone live on the phone and it felt nice getting to speak with someone nearby. I don't have their service but based off the ease of the call, I recommend giving th... read more
We have had Sail for about a month now and it has been great. Xfinity theoretically has faster speeds but it never worked that way for us because our home is older and the lines into the home had degraded over time. We had been advised by Xfinity that they could only be replaced at great expense to us because they were paved over. Until this company showed up we had no alternatives except to either deal with the constant issues or shell out money. Sail doesn't use these, so for our house least, it's been more reliable and th... read more
Angel was an amazing and knowledgeable installer and helped provision a brand new switch for my part of my apartment complex!
The service was so incredible. The technician JEFF M was very knowledgeable. He took his time to set the system up. The results were magnificent. I recommend them to anybody and I hope you get Jeff.

Just had internet installed with Sail, and I will test for reliability over the next few days. This review is for the amazing technician Angel Bermudez who despite running into annoying issues during installation, he never gave up and took extra time to troubleshoot and finish the installation properly. I asked many clarifying questions about the details of everything, and Angel answered them all patiently and clearly. It was a pleasure working with him!
I've had Sail Internet for a few months now, could not be happier. Price is excellent, speed is roughly 900MB up & down consistently, and uptime is quite good. On the uptime front, Sail does message users ahead of time when scheduled maintenance is going to happen, usually in the wee hours of the morning. Also the install was completely painless - the tech that helped me out had my home mesh network connected to the local Sail hub in under an hour.
