Angel was an amazing and knowledgeable installer and helped provision a brand new switch for my part of my apartment complex!

Just had internet installed with Sail, and I will test for reliability over the next few days. This review is for the amazing technician Angel Bermudez who despite running into annoying issues during installation, he never gave up and took extra time to troubleshoot and finish the installation properly. I asked many clarifying questions about the details of everything, and Angel answered them all patiently and clearly. It was a pleasure working with him!
I've had Sail Internet for a few months now, could not be happier. Price is excellent, speed is roughly 900MB up & down consistently, and uptime is quite good. On the uptime front, Sail does message users ahead of time when scheduled maintenance is going to happen, usually in the wee hours of the morning. Also the install was completely painless - the tech that helped me out had my home mesh network connected to the local Sail hub in under an hour.

got an upgrade from Sail free of charge and my Internet speed went from 150Mbps download & 20Mbps upload to 250 & 130Mbps respectively. slightly less than 1hr of work by Armando the technician on the hardware outside of the house after Sail gave a notification a couple days ahead. Armando called when he arrived & afterwards explained clearly the work. Armando Is very courteous, professional, & pleasant. Love Sail & thank you Armando for the upgrade yesterday noon.

Sail Internet is the Best Internet Service in the San Francisco Bay Area. That includes all the cities around Silicon Valley. Their techician Sonny came to my home today to upgrade my system. He did an outstanding job in updating my system with new Routers so I can have better and faster internet service. I give Sonny a 5 out of 5 for his 5-Star service. If you want to have the Best Internet Service, you have to go with Sail Internet. There's No one Better out there. God bless Sail Internet and their outstanding associates.
