got an upgrade from Sail free of charge and my Internet speed went from 150Mbps download & 20Mbps upload to 250 & 130Mbps respectively. slightly less than 1hr of work by Armando the technician on the hardware outside of the house after Sail gave a notification a couple days ahead. Armando called when he arrived & afterwards explained clearly the work. Armando Is very courteous, professional, & pleasant. Love Sail & thank you Armando for the upgrade yesterday noon.

Sail internet was very easy to subscribe and plan for installation. the installation itself was very smooth. The technician, Armando, kept me informed of his arrival time, did a clean installation and checked the speeds before leaving. All this at almost half the price of the other branded internet providers in the area.

I ended up being a sail customer for a while now. Not disappointed and more than 2x the data rate of att. The service is pretty reliable and they email me when maintenance is needed.

We recently moved into our new spot and was trying to figure out which internet carrier to get signed up with. So glad we found Sail Internet. Miguel kindly helped assist us to sign up for the service and set up the appointment for it to get installed thank you! Our service technician was Jesse! Thank you thank you thank you again Jesse for your patience in getting into our apartment unit and installing everything while we weren't home and giving us suggestions on where the best place to put the router in and just having s... read more

I usually don't write reviews but I had my sail internet installed today and had such a great experience with Jesse. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was correct and running smoothly before leaving. He even helped me kill a spider while installing! I will definitely recommend this internet provider to my friends as well.

This is going to blow your hair back! I was engaged in back-and-forth texts with a Sail Internet rep, but before his next reply he picked up the phone and called me to clear things up! He was pleasant and professional, and in this day and age it was refreshing. I get that the end goal is Ai and that eventually customer service with a heartbeat will be non-existent, but for now I'll take the win! This coupled with the affordable, hassle-free internet service I now have makes me a winner!!
