Xfinity NEVER AGAIN! Sail Internet. UPDATE: Never a blackout. In my 3 interactions with customer service, they were efficient.

Angel Bermudez was fantastic. He came out on super short notice to help us set up our internet/Google WiFi system. We were having issues getting the router to work and he was very nice to try different methods to troubleshoot. Also very much appreciate that he was on time and communicated his ETA.

Be using this service for over three years. It's so far the best broadband service I tried. I was not happy with AT&T DSL program, the bandwidth is limited. I decided that Infinity broadband was not good enough for me, especially during the pandemic, after so many disconnections in video conferences. At that time I was looking for Fiber programs.
