After being completely frustrated with Xfinity/Comcast I had Sail installed in my home. The service installer Angel Bermudez was excellent, he called prior when he was enroute, I missed the call but he dropped me a text message which was perfect because I was in office working and I quickly came home. He patiently walked around my place, trouble-shooting until he found the right location for the router. He set up the app for me and thoroughly explained how the service worked. Angel Bermudez was fantastic. He came out on super short notice to help us set up our internet/Google WiFi system. We were having issues getting the router to work and he was very nice to try different methods to troubleshoot. Also very much appreciate that he was on time and communicated his ETA.
