Angel Bermudez was fantastic. He came out on super short notice to help us set up our internet/Google WiFi system. We were having issues getting the router to work and he was very nice to try different methods to troubleshoot. Also very much appreciate that he was on time and communicated his ETA.

Be using this service for over three years. It's so far the best broadband service I tried. I was not happy with AT&T DSL program, the bandwidth is limited. I decided that Infinity broadband was not good enough for me, especially during the pandemic, after so many disconnections in video conferences. At that time I was looking for Fiber programs. Sail internet: A peace of mind! Sail tech showed up right on time at the schedule after a few initial phone calls; i think his name is Edwin. Edwin patiently answered all of my many questions and explained how Sail internet works. The setup was done around 3 hours; neat and clean. I am surprised how stable/ smooth Sail internet signal is. No hiccups! It's very smooth. Monthly fee is a great bargain with simple billing process and no contract required. Very happy with Sail Internet. I'm writing this review as a thank you to Javier, Josh, and Ramon who worked with us to put together a proposal for symmetric gigabit internet from Sail in our HOA. They were very polite, friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our HOA board did not choose to proceed with Sail. There was just too much push back against having even a single antenna from both our board, and some vocal members of our community. If the political climate in our HOA ever changes, or I find myself living somewhere else in ... read more

I recently had Sail Internet installed and so far am very pleased. Speed is great and there has been no connection loss. The technician that came out and did the installation was very knowledgeable and helpful in making me understand the service provider. I have had Comcast/Xfinity the last 25 years and thrilled to death excited beyond belief I will never to have to deal with them again. Thank you Sail Internet
