Good price for decent bandwidth. Especially good if you need upload speed. Lots of extended outages lately.

Both throughput and latency are great. Not only am I getting equivalent upload and download speeds, but my latency to the vast majority of the internet has been reduced by approximately 2ms compared to my old provider. After deciding to sign up the installation happened the next day and I was up and running. I'm always happy to support my friendly local ISP!

Xfinity in Fremont has been crappy lately. Quite a few times the internet is out for whole day. I have been lucky to connect through my phone's HotSpot to use the cellular networks. So during a dog park stint where everyone has been suffering, somebody mentioned Sail. 200MB top speed (lower than my 400MB on Xfinity) but amazing same upload speed (Xfinity only has 12MB/s?), I pulled the trigger to change. Just had Josh one of the 3 installers come by and setup my internet it is blazing fast and they all did an amazing job. Great service, extremely friendly employees. I appreciate your hard work.
