practically a miracle- an internet company that provides excellent service and reasonable prices. real people answer the phone when you have an issue. our installer, Edwin, was a polite and competent young man. if they provide in your area, don't hesitate to give them a try. skip xfinity and others. Sail is the real deal. you will not find a better price for the service provided.

I 100% recommend Sail Internet, if you can get it. Switched from Xfinity cable just over 6 months ago. The tech (Lorenzo?) who performed the installation was friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and accommodating. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Customer service was same. Excellent! Performance: with near Gigabit speed (depending on your existing devices and setup), far superior to Xfinity cable. And at a reasonable price! Sail Internet. On 02.05.2024, I had a new internet service installed with "Sail Internet." My installer was "Jeff M.". Jeff M. was responsible, respectful, and helpful with all that needed help, including moving furniture to reach the wiring box and installing my internet service. Sail Internet is a new internet service for me that I am willing to give a try. I highly recommend Sail Internet service. So far, so great. My internet speed is much faster than I had with Infinity. I have had sail internet for about a month now and I am satisfied with the service. I contacted the company via online to schedule a 4 hour appointment. My service installer was Edwin who walked me through the process. He checked the signal strength on roof (down and up speeds) and verified if that okay with me. Next, he installed the antenna, then ran the cabling from the roof to a wall plate in my room where it connected to POE injector and my router. I live in an apartment so this will be different than house/wireless installs. My building and unit was already wired with ethernet so the install was super easy and Jose was great. Speed test showing 900+ Mbps for download and upload. Only giving 4 stars because they send you your password in plaintext in email and don't make you change after you login. So are they stored in plain text on their servers?
