Great service. Great people. Great company. From the initial sales contact, to the installation, to the subsequent Internet speed, all are great. I am particularly impressed by the installation technician Jeff, who has a solid and efficient work manner. With pleasant chatting with him during my house's installation, he answered all my questions, accommodated some of my particular requests, and then optimized the installation. The subsequent Internet speed also has been great. Highly recommend.

I had ATT for several years, with 'high speed' being the good days when I got greater than 1 MBit download speeds. Sail almost always beats that -- but fairly often, not by much. On good days, I am getting over 40 MBit downloads on my low-end home connection. Today, however, I'm having trouble reaching 4 MBit, and I can't really find a place to report it. So there you go: when it's good, it's good. When it's bad ... it's not as bad as ATT.
