For the price and the speed- Xfinity cannot compare. Honestly I never knew about sail internet if it hadn't been for my next door neighboor recommending it since he had one installed. So I did the research, had great reviews from customers raving about the speed and for the price. so I decided to cut the expensive Xfinity internet bill. Installation by tech Sonny was smooth and efficient. Great install service and now I'm enjoying speeds many times faster than Xfinity, at pretty much the same cost of Xfinity (only $10 more per month). I'm getting well over 200mbps up AND downstream, as opposed to 75 down 10 up from Xfinity.

The installation was excellent. Sharp, technical and knew his work. I think his name was Ramon. (His name is Sonny.) Very informative, great worker, does a great job. Great service. Great people. Great company. From the initial sales contact, to the installation, to the subsequent Internet speed, all are great. I am particularly impressed by the installation technician Jeff, who has a solid and efficient work manner. With pleasant chatting with him during my house's installation, he answered all my questions, accommodated some of my particular requests, and then optimized the installation.
