I have had sail internet for about a month now and I am satisfied with the service. I contacted the company via online to schedule a 4 hour appointment. My service installer was Edwin who walked me through the process. He checked the signal strength on roof (down and up speeds) and verified if that okay with me. Next, he installed the antenna, then ran the cabling from the roof to a wall plate in my room where it connected to POE injector and my router. I live in an apartment so this will be different than house/wireless installs. My building and unit was already wired with ethernet so the install was super easy and Jose was great. Speed test showing 900+ Mbps for download and upload. Only giving 4 stars because they send you your password in plaintext in email and don't make you change after you login. So are they stored in plain text on their servers?

For the price and the speed- Xfinity cannot compare. Honestly I never knew about sail internet if it hadn't been for my next door neighboor recommending it since he had one installed. So I did the research, had great reviews from customers raving about the speed and for the price. so I decided to cut the expensive Xfinity internet bill. Installation by tech Sonny was smooth and efficient. Great install service and now I'm enjoying speeds many times faster than Xfinity, at pretty much the same cost of Xfinity (only $10 more per month). I'm getting well over 200mbps up AND downstream, as opposed to 75 down 10 up from Xfinity.
