Great service. Great people. Great company. From the initial sales contact, to the installation, to the subsequent Internet speed, all are great. I am particularly impressed by the installation technician Jeff, who has a solid and efficient work manner. With pleasant chatting with him during my house's installation, he answered all my questions, accommodated some of my particular requests, and then optimized the installation. The subsequent Internet speed also has been great. Highly recommend.

Jeff P is very experienced and nice tech support. He did a fantastic job to install and setup the Sail Internet service on my house. I'm very happy I have a reliable and stable interenet connection now. Bye, ComCast.

I had ATT for several years, with 'high speed' being the good days when I got greater than 1 MBit download speeds. Sail almost always beats that -- but fairly often, not by much. On good days, I am getting over 40 MBit downloads on my low-end home connection. Today, however, I'm having trouble reaching 4 MBit, and I can't really find a place to report it. So there you go: when it's good, it's good. When it's bad ... it's not as bad as ATT.

As a former Comcast captive, I was thrilled when Sail became available in my neighborhood and this was 3 years ago. I couldn't recommend Sail more highly. The service has been mostly reliable and outages tend to be infrequent and very short. Speed is fantastic, both up and down and best of all, no data caps! The icing on the cake is their support. Their support team deserves high praise for being very responsive and very accountable (they stick with it until the issue is resolved) in resolving any issues that may come up... read more

You may have missed it, but you do have local Internet options besides the two giant corporations. As an engineer, I felt adventurous. The technology made a lot of sense. After four months of comparing both services, I left my existing provider. The Sail folks have been great! You get a friendly, live person on every call. I cannot think of a single drawback. Check them out! P.S. No contract required, and no data cap.
