I ended up being a sail customer for a while now. Not disappointed and more than 2x the data rate of att. The service is pretty reliable and they email me when maintenance is needed.

We recently moved into our new spot and was trying to figure out which internet carrier to get signed up with. So glad we found Sail Internet. Miguel kindly helped assist us to sign up for the service and set up the appointment for it to get installed thank you! Our service technician was Jesse! I usually don't write reviews but I had my sail internet installed today and had such a great experience with Jesse. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was correct and running smoothly before leaving. He even helped me kill a spider while installing! I will definitely recommend this internet provider to my friends as well.

This is going to blow your hair back! I was engaged in back-and-forth texts with a Sail Internet rep, but before his next reply he picked up the phone and called me to clear things up! He was pleasant and professional, and in this day and age it was refreshing. I get that the end goal is Ai and that eventually customer service with a heartbeat will be non-existent, but for now I'll take the win! This coupled with the affordable, hassle-free internet service I now have makes me a winner!!

After being completely frustrated with Xfinity/Comcast I had Sail installed in my home. The service installer Angel Bermudez was excellent, he called prior when he was enroute, I missed the call but he dropped me a text message which was perfect because I was in office working and I quickly came home. He patiently walked around my place, trouble-shooting until he found the right location for the router. He set up the app for me and thoroughly explained how the service worked.
