Just recently moved to this company from a different one. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have been without air for 8 days and counting. I have been given the runaround. Dont know who the company is thats supposed to come out. There are no updates. Its almost impossible to speak with someone. This company DONT care about their tenants ONLY the money. My water heater went out Saturday/10/2025 it's been 6 days now and they tell me they going to patch it up instead of installing a new water heater very unprofessional and cheap I see they don't care about they tenants this is really ridiculous

This management company is not responsive, their comments is atrocious. I moved into a home and had some plumbing issues that they would not fix. They dont have a clear way to communicate with anyone. They dont answer the phone and they dont answer messages sent through their portal. If they do ever send someone out, its a cheap handyman that cant fix anything. After repeatedly asking for a plumber, they actually canceled my work order and told me Id have to start over. From unresolved rat infestation to non working Ac for the third time. There's no way that residents should be left paying for or resolving something that was wrong before moving into a property .Second avenue expect me to wait a week in almost degree weather until my air conditioner is repaired. Our community was just taken over by Second Avenue. We have had an issue with our hot water heater for over a month and the maintenance vendor they use, have been giving me the run around. They have sent 3 separate "vendors" to our place, who arrive in street clothes, unprofessional, and unaware of the situation and say they are only there to take pictures. I had a different company and they moved to this company. I just moved in!! They already overcharging me. Had a new lease, they trying to get me to sign a new lease. And overcharging me already.

They are horrible been in the house for 6 month got backed up for 2 months because loss of job paid what I owed plus the actual rent of that current month then slap a notice on my door saying I owe 5k I get to court 10 days later theyre attorney saying I owe 7 I aint been in the house that long to owe over 10k mind you I was only backed up 2 months an paid it in full. This company charged me and my family 2x my rental payment to void contract 2 months early after being there for over a year and the only reason we had to leave was because of career relocation. THEN they sent me a bill for $2100 on top of taking my $1785 deposit for "damages" and painting the walls... i touched up the wall paint, with the paint they had left in the garage that was specified "interior" wall paint. this company is absolutely ridiculous and i will bury them on every single social media platform there is.
