I had been storing at this facility for a while now. I have seen a lot of Managers come and go but the new one Heather, goodness she is the cutest thing ever. Her personality is Awesome, her customer service is above and beyond. Everytime I come in the gate or office she knows my name. Always speaks no matter where she is at. I am happy that you got a ray of sunshine for this facility. I hope she stays for a while because she definitely brightens up the place. Very friendly staff...and major security...i trust my things there!
Don't use this place! The only positive review they have is from 11 years ago. I stored my stuff for 2 months and when I picked it up, it was covered with dirt, twigs, leaves and even a few spiders. When I told them, the guy says, " that happens in that section. That's why we suggest that you cover your things when storing over there." Lies to my face, and then says they don't care if you don't come back. I promise, I won't.
Management did call to apologize. But that really doesn't help. I have no confidence in the company. We HATE being jerked around by incompetent companies. Storing your stuff is streeful. When storage companies treat you unfairly, it simply adds insult to injury

When I first moved in, the older gentleman that was running the place was a decent enough guy in customer service. A few months later, there was a younger gentleman running it while the corporate people found a replacement for the older guy. I was told OG didn't run things well enough for Corporate. YG sets me up with auto-pay since that was an option OG never explained. I go a month and decide to get one size up. Two ladies this time. They are apparently the area managers.
